Great good and great service. The lobster roll was Delicious
Food was bland and nothing special. Told them we had a birthday kid and they didnât offer to put a candle in the desserts we ordered. Food tastes like it was microwaved. Nothing good.
The gluten-free lobster roll was delicious. Great drink selection.
This was our first time here. It's definitely a pub, but, it was more upscale. The service was great. We had the crab rangoon dip for an appetizer. I've never tasted anything so delicious.I had a garlic burger for an entree. It was juicy, perfectly cooked, and had a slight garlic taste. It was delicious. We each ordered a flight of 6 beers. I like that you can choose the ones you want. I recommend the raspberry, blueberry and summer.Overall, we had a great experience. Can't wait to come back.~~~~~~Went for a second time and had the haddock sandwich. Absolutely delicious. Service was great too.
Very good food. Great family establishment. Service was a bit slow due to only a few cooks in the kitchen for a busy evening crowd (Monday 6pm arrival). I had the stout beer (x2 since it was good) along with blue cheese steak tips with mashed potato’s and asparagus. Shared the seared tuna as an appetizer with my wife. All was well received. Would return again!
The hostess and waitress were both real pleasant and attentive. In fact, I don't think I've ever been disappointed by the staff.I've been here a few times now. The mixed drinks are creative and delicious and the beer is pretty good. We hit it during happy hour last time, 5$ drinks. Most food items are pricey though. I paid 18$ for a burger and sweet potato fries. However, my girlfriend got a lobster roll for 36$. It was a big roll and filled to the brim with a side of fries. Fair deal on that. I would come here over Applebee's or Chili's any day. I'm sure we will be back.
Best bartender in Portland, ME! Ashley was exceptional and friendly. The food options/portions were great. We had the Lobster Roll with fries and coleslaw. Plus the Scallops were delicious.Dessert consisted of Maine blueberries with vanilla ice cream and the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. On the pricier side but what do you expect with price hikes lately and being on the coast. Worth every bit of it.
The place was empty and waitresses standing around. Waitress approached table and did not mention anything about drink specials, we had to coax her. Slow delivery. We waited and waited and after about 20 minutes of sitting and unable to get a second drink i went to the bar to order my own. I had sun glasses on as I had just had eye surgery last week. I ordered and they said they do not have that one and they would send the waitress to the table. A wiry looking manager approached the table in a hostile unfriendly manner asking if we had a problem and what the issue was. I responded I was trying to get service at the bar. His manner and demeanor was hostile and his body language was aggressive. (I had only had one drink all evening) He then calmed down and said actually we do have that drink, it arrived tiny cocktail bowl, maybe 6 oz = = $14.00. We had to flag another waitress down for napkins and after waiting and waiting we had to go to the bar again to pay the bill. i am 54 and this is the single worse experience I have ever had in a restaurant. I believe I was judged because I had sun glasses on due to eye surgery. Customer be ware of treatment. You expect a stress free environment when you eat out. There were also so many free tables and it was an adult night out. They sat us next to a table of four small children. The way the waiter approached our table because I walked to the bar for a drink reminded me of a bad airplane scene.
We had a blast. Zeke, our server, was amazing. He was attentive & prompt. I would go back.
Sodas were flat and tasted like chlorine. Home fries were burned black and “Greek” omelette was basic - not many ingredients to live up to the name. Husband paid $4 extra to have 2 small strips of bacon added to his burger. Overpriced for what was served - nearly inedible.
