This Popeye's is usually pretty busy, but I drove by and saw that the line wasn't too long. I decided to try it, since I've never had Popeye's before.Ordered a 12 piece chicken meal, which came with 2 sides and biscuits. The person working the drive-thru ordering area really needed a better microphone. I could barely hear them, and apparently they could barely hear me as well. I had to repeat everything 3 times.Got my chicken and drove home, where I discovered the Cole slaw had been put in the bag upside down, so Cole slaw dressing had leaked onto the box holding the chicken. I thought the biscuits would be fluffy, but they were thin and crispy. However they had a good flavor. The Mac n cheese was really good! I wasn't that impressed with the chicken overall. The breading was very crispy but the chicken tasted dry. Also, I didn't think the breading had much seasoning, and it was definitely lacking salt.
The food has been good when I do visit but, the drive thru wait times are absolutely ridiculous. The owner of this franchise needs to fix this problem!Look at all of the constant complaints. Half hour plus wait times. Ppl have work! Ppl can't spend their lunch and then some waiting for the food they won't be able to eat!Funny thing, all of the Corp chicken places have serious problems with service. PAY YOUR PPL BETTER, treat them better & maybe, just maybe, you'll keep staff turnover down & customers happy.Listen to these delivery drivers, you're impacting their livelihoods as well.I know we are still in a pandemic but, seriously, pay your ppl better! Catch more bees with honey!
This is by far one of the worst fast food places I've been to. I went inside to place my order. I stood in line for over 10 minutes. The restaurant manager was in an argument with another customer. The customer wanted their money back for food they did not receive. The manager told them that they were not going to return their money. There were other customers who had placed their orders and had been waiting over half an hour. I did get my food, but I had to leave the store and go through the drive-through. This is the second time I have had a bad experience in this restaurant. I will not give them a third chance.
Bought a gallon of tea which comes in a plastic bag that easily tips over while driving. I bet you can see where this is going. The worker didn't snap the lid fully closed and now I have a lovely mess in my floorboard to clean up. Glad my leather purse was on the seat. Moral of the story, double check and yall need to return to actual bottles
Ok. More expensive than expected. Regular chicken fairly plain, seems to lack seasoning. Spicy chicken sandwich excellent! Lack of coordination between app menu and onsite menu; staff was unaware of app featured specials.
I had been wanting to try this place out since I found out there were here. Every time I would be in the area they were bumper to bumper with customers. I now know why after stopping in on the night of the Super Bowl. We were greeted at the door by a very enthusiastic and welcoming young man. We had a short wait in line but that was helpful as I needed that time to decide what I wanted. I asked for his opinion on the dipping sauces and he gave me some great ones. The blackened ranch is outstanding and I wish it was in stores. The Chicken was perfectly done and incredible service. I will definitely be back.
Tenders were nice and fresh. Biscuits are always nice and buttery. Service was okay. The mashed potatoes were hot..just the way I like them!
There is no popeyes down in NH so me and my gf drove over an hour and 30 minutes just to try Popeyes and it was soooo good. We got some mild thighs, tenders, rice and beans, mashed potatoes and a chicken sandwich and everything was so so good and the workers were really sweet and had awesome service.
Didn't give us what we wanted, couldn't go inside because it was locked due to less employees, forgot are suce we paid for and charge us twice for one meal. Food was hot but greasy, but still better than kfc
I love Popeyes food, but it’s not gonna be fast here.I deliver for Uber and I’m done doing pick-ups here.Today, on a Saturday afternoon, it’s drive-through service only. There’s people eating inside during lunch but they’ve locked the doors and nobody else can come in.I’m number 18 in the drive-through wrapped around building to pick up two Uber orders that were pre-ordered, but I have no way to get them and I’ve been waiting in the drive-through line for 37 minutes at this point with five more cars ahead. It has been entertaining watching the reactions of all the people whopull in, walk up to go in, only to find the doors locked while watching people seated and eating inside the dining room.Like everywhere else, they probably got no staff. Let’s go Brandon!I miss the days when fast food actually was fast. it’s not just here that’s effected. The drive-through lines are completely insane everywhere this year. However, in my experience, this Popeyes location that has the absolute worst. They should have a system where Uber eats and third-party pre-order pick ups can be placed out so the driver can just step in and grab them without ever even interacting or slowing down the line. That’s what most places do. Even the other local fast food type places whose inside is closed, but third-party delivery drivers and online prepaid orders can just come in and grab it.*Update. Got my two preplaced and paid orders after 43 minutes in drivethru line. wasted time I could’ve been taking deliveries from other places. Time is money
