Have been going to Pizza Joint for many years and always enjoyed the pizzas and staff and always told everyone how delicious the pizzas are. This week we were shocked when we ordered our pizza and it was $15 more than usual. Our 16 inch pizza was $43. This is outrageous! We were having this with friends and they were going to pay but we were so embarrassed at the price that we paid half. Our Pizza Joint days are over. I know prices go up everywhere but this is way over! Goodbye Pizza Joint!

Ordered a medium 3 topping pizza and didn't bother to ask for the cost because it's just PIZZA right? The pizza was undercooked and required a fork to eat but did have plenty of toppings. The crust was soggy. However, the most shocking discovery was the cost... $39+ for a medium pizza!!! I certainly don't mind paying over $25 for a decent pizza such as OTTOs or Portland Pie but Pizza Joint's was no where close to that!

$149 for three large two topping pizzas and a 10” pepperoni. Hard pass.

Delicious pizza ready exactly when they said it would be!We'll be back!

I wasn’t going to rate or comment but since I just had a FROZEN PIZZA that was ONE MILLION TIMES better than this place, I decided: game on. I paid over $26 for a pizza that tasted like a stale, overcooked and then reheated piece of bread with gross sauce and cheap cheese. Don’t waste your time or money in this place. Sorry, don’t hate!

Is give them 10 stars if I could! Portland/south portland the best! Awesome sandwiches! Been going there for 35 years. Awesome quality! You haven't lived till you've had a nightmare from the pizza joint! Awesome awesome awesome!

Top notch pizza ? ? worth the price ?

I used to love the pizza here, but it has gone downhill the last year. My visit on Saturday was the worst. I ordered 2 12-inch pizzas: 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese. The pepperoni was slightly undercooked, but edible. The cheese pizza was grossly undercooked. The cheese was barely melted, and they put so much sauce on that the entire underside was falling apart soggy dough. The prices are ludicrously high for pizza, and if they cannot back it up with quality I won’t be back!

This is some of, if not the best pizza you will find in Maine. It is amazing, ask for crispy/extra crispy.

Best pizza ever!!! Worth every penny!!!
