This Panera is consistent with the brand. The best thing is that it's open later than any other "fast food, quick bite" in the area. We stopped in after the arrival of a late, delayed flight arrival. We were the last customers and the staff was conscientious about telling us what time they closed the doors. They cleaned around us but we accepted it as part of the situation.
I hate to say negative things about service, given the shortage of workers, but we were ignored by a number of people. We were there at 8 in the morning. I ordered the egg and cheese soufflé. This is my favorite breakfast item there. It was incredibly disappointing. It was mostly bread. It was like eating a flat dry roll with (overcooked) egg and cheese on top. This is not the 1st disappointing meal I've had there. The last few times everything I've ordered has been overcooked. I must note that due to health issues, my diet is extremely limited so I cannot have salads or most of yhe soups, leaving me with only a few options.
I walked in ready to order and 4 employees cut in front of me. I continued to wait in line for over 8 mins while they all laughed and had a grand old time. At this point I was ready to walk out when the lady rudely said he can take you. Ordered my food with no issues, went to wait and 2 of the employees walked right into me and laughed and walked away. I think I’ll choose a different Panera from now on.
Paid 13 bucks for a salad for the wife and I just do only have basically one cup of salad… Will not be returning here
I came here now and then for at least 15 years. Always my favorite Panera. Not any more. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches to be picked up, 1 with bacon ( hardly any bacon), 1 with sausage ( no meat at all) the cheese and eggs barely cover the bread. I loved their breakfast sandwiches!!!! They used to be 3.5 ish now they are 6$ each!!!! what happened? I called 3 times, no one answered. I guess that the end of my Panera. :(
Stopped in for a 'baker's dozen' of bagels on a quiet Sunday morning. The first question the perky counter person asked was "Will that be to go?" 13 bagels. Foolishly I ignored the obvious "we're not dealing with the sharpest knife in the drawer" red flag. I didn't discover mistake number 2 until I got home. Upon opening my bag of bagels I learned that Miss Perky had only given me 10 bagels. I called and spoke with a manager who, after profusely apologizing, said he would email me a coupon for a free half dozen bagels. Its been over a week and I'm still waiting for the coupon. How do they manage to stay in business?
Food is getting more consistent over the last few months. Today's salad was back to the best around!!
I like this Panera Bread very much. Today I had a half sandwich and small Mac n cheese, with a fruit cup. I found a nice booth next to the cozy fireplace. My food was quick, and served piping hot. My sandwich was perfect!
Ordered 2 soups and a Flatbread $33. Ordered the soup in a bread bowl, almost no soup in either bowl. Also didn't taste fresh at all
Portions have gotten smaller, and the prices for you pick two shock me at how expensive the options have become. Two could eat and get soft drinks at a reasonable price. It's now like $ 40.The parking lot is HORRIBLE. It's tight, and the spots are tight. This parking lot is not truck friendly.Lines are super long at peak times. The food you are paying for is overpriced, and it's food that you think is healthy, but it's not really healthy.
