Would have given a ZERO for customer service. Very disgusted with the current "manager" as my fiance' ordered us food and they did not give him his entire order in the bag. We have been going to this particular Panda Express for many years as we live in the area and frequent the mall. After getting home to discover they forgot some things he went back to the mall and up to the register. There was a very long line as usual and he did not want to get back in the line as it was their mistake. They ignored him for quite awhile and then when he finally spoke up about the situation asking to get the rest of the order, the manager accused him of trying to get free food, saying it loudly so all in line could hear her, causing a scene and telling him he is always causing trouble when he is there (mind you we haven't ordered anything in over 2 months and have never caused any trouble). The food was delicious but the manager was awful!
They never open on time, and concern about the food been out for over 30 mins before opening.
Great place. Heads up, there is always a long line. They definitely keep it moving though.
The wait was crazy but I got in that line knowing what I was gettin into. They should rent out the space beside them and run just online/Doordash only from them. They legit could shut down the rest of the food court. I've believed for years the only reason any other business does anything in that food court is because people don't wanna wait. Panda needs a bigger staff and space. Food was great.
Your sign says you open at 10:30, the foods been out since 10 and its 10:45 and we are still waiting! This is insane. Come in earlier to get the things done before you open!

Terrible online service and not very good quality here in this outlet. This outlet always is a lone that never ends 2 miles long. They really need to open an actual restaurant in the area
This location is poorly and understand staffed. There’s no urgency to serve the customers on line. The only restaurant in the mall with a long line and under staffed. I waited on line 35 minutes just for them to not have what I wanted.
Food is good, but lots of staff standing around doing nothing but chatting while the line moved painfully slow.
Always love going to Panda Express in the Maine Mall, started going in 2018 when we went in San Diego, CA and we try to have it as much as we can. Loved their shrimp and steak dish when we went in 2018, don't have it here. Always line there, but worth waiting in it!!!
