I wish I knew how to add pics to this review. One of the pizzas that they just delivered to us is so burned that my hands are black just handling it. Unbelievable and Awful. We spent $60 on two pizzas. One is burnt beyond edible and the other isn't what we ordered. Every time I have ever ordered from any of the Otto's I've been disappointed.
Needed an order of 5 pizzas in 1/2 hour.. hot and ready to go when I got there. EXCELLENCE
On 03-19-2022, just before 7 PM, I arrived to pick up my large butternut squash, ricotta, and cranberry pizza from 125 JR Rd to take home. When I got it home about 10 minutes later, my wife opened the box. Not only were the cranberries absent, but the edges were black and the bottom of the crust was scorched. This is the first time OTTO failed us. From now on I'll check inside the box and under the pie before leaving the store. By the way, that's what I did, checking the pizza when I came to 125 for another pickup on the 22nd. When I mentioned the issue above to the cashier, she said, "I'm so sorry," smiled, turned, and simply walked away.

Great Otto's location! Staff are wonderful and the manager is awesome. Even though the Read St. location is closer to me I prefer this one.
Great pizza, very good beer. For those of you who are fussy, you have to order up front but they do bring the food to your table.
