Went to this location a little after 5 AM. Sign says on door they're open at 5 but it's locked so had to go through drive thru. I asked the attendant why and she said they're short staffed (just like everywhere else)So then I asked why they don't have a sign on the door. She responded by saying it takes time to print one out. Are you kidding me?! Take a piece of paper, neatly handwrite a sign and put it on the door! Unbelievable. Then I asked for a straw for my milk and she said oh. Ok. I didn't think you needed one for your milk. [email protected]
This says, South Portland, but it really was in Auburn.This is a very special place for me. Me and this pretty girl named Julie, both worked there as teenagers. She is now my wife of almost 40 years. Three "chicken nuggets" of children, and a "large fry" of grandchildren. Romance can happen in odd places.And, yes... I'm loving it.
This is the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to! I keep giving them another chance hoping that they will improve but the food food is cold sometimes and they've gotten my order wrong multiple times. Most recently they charged me wrong for a meal and then gave me a flat soda. When I came back to let them know about the situation they did nothing to rectify their error. I don't hold McDonald's to a high standards because it's McDonald's but these guys really, really suck!
Rude!! Locked doors because of short staffed. I went through drive thru lady was so rude I drove off. If I could give negative review I would.
Quality of the workforce was shown in full effect my last visit. Let's put your least personable employee on drive thru. Top that off with the complete inability to handle a cash transaction properly. I mean is it really difficult to give back proper change when the POS system will tell you EXACTLY how much is due? But I guess that is also dependent upon being able to count what was handed to you, and inputting it properly.
I tried to order a breakfast sandwich at 10:40 am and the cashier thought about it for a second, lied and said they were only serving lunch. Not stopping here again :)
Most likely the busiest McDonald's North of Boston. However, the staff is great and quick. Don't be fooled by the line.
Understaffed. I called to ask where my curbside order was after waiting 15 minutes and the lady there said it would be another 5-10 min. Ridiculous. She said she couldn’t give me a refund either. Not her fault being understaffed but her attitude was pretty much “I don’t care”.
this mcdonalds was clean with great staff on my visit... one of the few fast food places still allowing customers to dine in which is the reason i was out with my family. so it was a great lunch and this mcdonalds was the venue that made it happen.( i had to leave a wendys because they did not offer a dine in option.)
The service was good,but the food is going down hill fast ,even for a fast food joint.the food is barley warm ,hardly ever fresh,bread taste stale and the fries are not hot always way soggy.
