The last time I went to a Johnny Rockets was in an airport terminal several years ago, and it was pretty good. Not this time. I got the 'Original' burger -- just the burger. It was almost cold and was obviously sitting somewhere for a while before they called my name. Otherwise, it tasted okay but was nothing special. For $7.00 (the price of a combo meal at MacDonald's), it should have been better -- and hot.

the wait was so long, the fries were cold, they got our shakes wrong after 45 minutes of waiting and they were very rude about it! it’s a food court in a mall idk what i expected but it wasn’t horrible food/service.
I was at the mall, I used the restroom in the food court when he Johnny rockets employee came out of a toilet stall after doing his business. He did not wash his hands but returned to the store and started prepping food I would avoid this location.
I had the Spicy Houston, might be the best burger I've ever had! Nice crispy onion rings. And wonderful staff!

Visited here from NY for vacation. The location is in a food court and offers sit down options at a counter, but no indoor dining. The wait for the food took a very long time, as there was only one person preparing the food. There was also a mix-up with a burger and the order was thrown in the garbage, so an entire new burger had to be cooked which took an additional 15 minutes. I would suggest avoiding this location and looking for a proper sit down one.
My burger was a total disaster. To the point that I couldn’t really eat it. They gave my friend the complete wrong burger but by then we had been waiting so long it wasn’t worth trying to get them to fix it. They were an absolute disorganized mess. Don’t bother spending your money here. Go somewhere else.
Was a hair in my shake n worker argued telling me there wasn't.. uhm like 3 other people even saw it.. he didn't even bother to look... threw it out in front of him.. such a waste of money and time going there..
