One of the employees in there complained when I asked for almond milk in my coffee because it was the last container. I'm I not good enough or something. Not going there again with those employees ? in there
got charged $6 for the smallest can of red bull when its normally $2.50................ not sure what this place is doing.
Not satisfied by the employers experience. They screwed up my order 10 times and made my latte taste like milk.
Menu is hard to understand and when my wife ordered a Strawberry and Cream drink, it had cookies in (she’s allergic to gluten). We tried to ask about it after but the employee huffed and threw the drink into the sink a few feet away, where it predictably exploded, making a mess.
I went in the store today and had the absolute worst service I’ve ever received anywhere. It was a young guy and girl and they were so rude to myself and numerous other customers. Somebody spilled their drink in the mall and asked for some paper towels to clean it up, so he gave her 3 paper towels and handed her the wet floor sign. When I was told they “weren’t allowed” to make my drink I was looking at the menu for something else and the girl at the register told me if I’m not ready then I need to move so she can help someone else. After getting my drink the guy yelled to everyone in the store that “we’ll be closing in 5 minutes because we’ve been there all day and need a break. And anyone in here just hanging out needs to get out” this was at 2:30, on a Sunday. When the mall opens at 11 on Sunday. He then walked over to the two girls sitting at a table to say that they need to get out now because they need to close. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had here or anywhere. Next time I’ll just to go Starbucks.

Went in for coffee and there were signs everywhere about a mask over your nose and mouth to be considerate of employee’s which I understand. However the counters were dirty and no one had washed them despite the fact when we walked in no one was there. When my husband requested they clean the counter to be considerate of the customers he was told don’t shop here if you don’t like it. That is very poor customer service if customers are supposed to be considerate of the employees the employee should show the same consideration for the customers.

Good, friendly staff. Not as harsh as Starbucks. Great chillers, lattes, and hot chocolates. Although, recently discontinued a repeat customer program.
Typically I love the strawberry supremes I get here. They have been off the menu for a while but some of the employees still know how to make them. Today I made my order and the guy behind the counter seemed as if he knew what I was talking about. He told his co-worker how to make it and I waited. I was delivered a purple, grape-looking drink and I told them that whenever I order this, it's a chocolate brown color. He took it back and apologized after some confusion. He returned again and the drink tasted of oreos and coffee, no strawberries. I had left and went back into the mall area before realizing this. I returned to the store and explained that it tasted like oreos. The employee explained that this is normally how they make it, and I honestly don't believe that because I have gotten it many times here and it has never tasted like oreos. I am kinda disappointed with my visit here today and the lack of customer service skills. If you don't know how to make a drink, just say that. And I honestly don't think that I should have to pay for something that I didn't order, especially considering how expensive the drinks are.
