Really terrible customer service. Kid taking orders clearly did not want to be doing his job.They wrapped my wet, drippy lettuce wrap burger in a paper and put it in a bag, so it was very messy. Burger patty tasted completely bland, unseasoned not even salt. Guac was gross.Wanted additional toppings added up my base burger but cashier was obviously very busy with other things and rushed through without asking me about toppings.I'm shocked, since I used to love this place but I won't be back. Can make a much better burger for less than 12 bucks. Also disturbing that the womens soap machine is broken as the cook was a woman. I wish I'd seen that review prior, as I prob would not have eaten there at all.
Vegan shakes, organic beef, yummmmm.However, the soap dispenser in the women's restroom has been busted for actual months... Not sure how anyone here is washing their hands.While we're at it, can we get these single stall restrooms changed over from M/F to All?

Amazing food! For someone who has food allergies, this place did not disappoint. Also love how they cook their fries in olive oil & use grass-fed beef! Highly recommend, we need more places like this!

Ordered two burgers with two shakes, we got neither of the shakes. Tried calling them, the guy on the other line had no idea what he was doing. He said I’ll be getting a refund, but I’m not sure how true that is, since he also said someone was going to be delivering my shakes, and that wasn’t true.
No one wears a mask just a heads up. Other then that McDonald’s has better fries but the veggies burger slaps.
We were recommended to come here while visiting Portland. The menu itself is just plain pricey but we gave it a chance. The burger was bland, tasted frozen and me and my boyfriend couldn’t even finish half. My boyfriend said the guac tasted extremely weird. Not sure if it’s just this location or the company itself but I would 100% not recommend the burger. That being said, the fries were excellent but everything else was terrible.
90% Halal and pretty okay. Being from NYC you tend to have high standards for food, especially burgers. Let me start by saying the majority of the workers were not aware that their food was halal besides the bacon. Which got me questioning and researching it. The only one who knew that the meat was halal was the cook. We ordered the chicken siracha sandwich, the elevation burger, and classic olive oil fries with the fiery sauce. The top item was the chicken siracha. The elevation burger was bland, and one of the beef patty was undercooked. The classic fries were think and tasteless. If you’re in the area do try them out but it’s not worth it to come out for a drive.
