This is by far the worst dunkin in Maine. Been going there for 3+ years because it’s right next to my work and there’s always an excuse why they can’t do food. They’re either to short staffed or they close in an hour, their ovens seem to go down a little to often.. what kind of excuses are those? Nothing is made from scratch, it’s all heated up in a toaster oven.. how hard is that ? pathetic “store”…

Very poor service today from woman working at drive-up window. I ordered a coffee on the app. Waited about 15 minutes to get to the window and was told that they could not find my order. I wanted a COFEE - a simple coffee. I was told that they could not make me a coffee and to get back into the line of 10+ cars to order again (e.g. another 15 minute wait). WHAT THE HECK... This location is obviously understaffed and not well trained. Avoid this location!

I understand Dunkin is one of the most donut locations around here in Maine, but I honestly wish Krispy Kreme or different donut locations were available. I always read about fantastic customer service, and how Dunkin is great to choose. On Sunday May 8th I placed an order at 5pm on the app to pickup at 7:30am on May 9th. It was an order for 72 donuts plus 100 donut holes.I paid for it all prior, and showed up at 7:40am just to ensure it would be done. The drive thru lane was packed. Figured I would go inside. Inside I walk to the front of the line at “pick up order”. Not a single employee acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Even though there were only 2 people, one for window and one for indoors. Nothing.Eventually I had to interrupt the inside worker and ask about my order I submitted the day before. He was a deer in headlights and had no idea. The order wasn’t ready, and to top it off, he couldn’t even find the order. He blamed it on the Sunday night employees saying “they properly took the order paper and threw it away”. So he then took the next 10 minutes packing up donuts. Didn’t offer a bag to carry everything and didn’t offer napkins. Horrible customer service.During this packing up, there were 7 people in line behind me, and now the whole location had cars parked everywhere. I apologize for those people behind me waiting for the regular day coffee and donuts, if Dunkin’ were organized and prepared, there wouldn’t have been any issues.Now I am 25 minutes late from when I put pickup time for my event. I hop in the car to find drive thru cars backed up, and now I have to sit in line for another 10 minutes until I have clearance to drive around and leave.Horrible parking design, horrible location, horrible employees and customer service. And the donuts were dry and not tasty.Definitely will never return to this location or any of them. The franchise owner needs to put customers needs first and make changes and not their own paycheck.

This location is horrible. They do not care about getting your order right. I went through the drive-thru to get an ice coffee. It tasted burnt and wasn't made right. I went in and asked for my money back. Some lady who barely spoke English said she was manger on duty but doesn't know how to do a refund. Horrible location. Never coming back.

Had a caramel latte that was tasty and a maple glazed donut. The donut was very fresh and light. Friendly staff too. The interior was clean and tidy. My GPS (Garmin) sent me to the wrong place, wanted to direct me to a shopping plaza, but this Dunkin is a stand-alone store on the other side of the street.

Just went thru the drive thru....I don't mind waiting so the line wasn't the issue....the issue is that the cover to the medium hot coffee did not fit or stay on the cup....needless to say between my car and myself....we wore half of it.....not impressed at all !!!

I ordered snackin bacon and this is what I got. On their site says 8 pieces. Why would I pay full price on this?

Dunkin is the worst coffee experience.I don't understand how making coffee that works is such an issue for the engineers and directors to work out.This is not the place to train a person for a real job.

Absolutely terrible. Extremely slow lines (even in off times), no mobile pickup, and inconsistent orders. Horrible location.

So unless you want to wait 45 mins in drive through, no matter what time a day it is. Go to any other dd you may wait but not 45 mins anytime you go, and I don’t think the workers care cause they will sit in drive through window and chat with ppl. Some of us have place to be. Not sitting at dd waiting on you all to get a clue. Get with the program it’s not that hard to work at dd
