GOOD lordy....this is a whine review but we have been trapped in the drive through line for 17 minutes and this DD has no escape lane. Can't go forward Can't go back...stuck.This place is always slow....but sweet screaming jesus....this is really frustrating. Just close and sell the franchise, it's been bad for months, let someone competent take over
Never been to D&D on Broadway. Was going to give this place a 2 for cleanliness but it had not been cleaned, counters and the bathroom needed a quick clean, In the end they made the best and hottest hot chocolate I have ever had at a DD. Blueberry muffin delicious, the Avacado toast was the best done perfect like a toast should be. They only appeared to have 3 staff. They were very friendly and got our stuff ready quickly but I felt they definitely needed a 4th person. I gave them a 4.
The drive thru had a huge line so I figured I’d go inside. There’s a sign on the door stating the lobby is closed and there were no customers inside so I walked back to my truck and imagine my surprise when I saw someone walk in…I walked back and went inside. There were several workers inside. I told the lady at the register that the “closed” sign on the door was super misleading and she said nothing and just proceeded to take my order. Perhaps it’s a ploy to keep customers out of the lobby.
dont waist your time here！！after place mobile order ，still have to wait 30min on the line for drive thru. not gonna come back.
Waited 30 min in the drive thru at 11am and the line wasn’t that long. Felt like an hour.
I'm not going to bash this place, but they have a big Management problem at this location. Lobby closed all the time, long wait times in drive they, and no help. They e had months to fix the problems but don't.
I've tried so many times to get service after 5 pm and it's impossible. Hours are listed as open, there's people inside, lights on, drive through menu is on, yet they never take an order. Or if they do, they've already turned off the ovens for food. If you're a healthcare worker trying to get food and coffee before a night shift, don't expect service here. I've never had such a hard time giving someone money.
Order 5 coffee. 2 caramel latte medium,1 caramel latte small,1 cappuccino medium,1 hot chocolate. The lady gave 2 caramel tea.!!! We told her it’s not our order. She said that wes our order. Then the manager came and ask us “WHATS GOING ON?” ? they gave us half of the coffee. And gave burn egg and cheese . They were totally unprofessional,also don’t know how to talk with customer. The lady who took the order need to fire up.! 4 ppl came to ask what happened. Before they gave the food to us the lady drop the bag of egg and cheese on the floor and didn’t change the food.!!! I would recommend plz not to go over there.!!!!!
Worse service, waited at least 20 minutes in line to take order, then ordered a mocha Ice coffee, that tasted like real bad mocha syrup.Never will go to South Portland DD
Poor service. Coffee was so thin and cold. croissant was burned and hard. Sandwich was cold. Need experience people to serve customers.
