The manager named Robert opened the store 20 min late, flung the door open didn’t greet anyone and shook his head like we were inconveniencing him. I called him out and asked for his name and he kicked me out for “being rude”. Seems like a common theme here. I contacted their hq. They offered me a free burrito. I have no intention of going back here. Check out the Mediterranean restaurant at the mall named Jafar, much better service.
Do not try to order from this restaurant using the app, they claim is done when you try to pick up your order and have to call corporate office to get a refund. A perfect opportunity to defraud customers.
I came into chipotle today 5/19/22 and my order was taken by the “manager” Maddie. Her customer service was god AWFUL and she was rude. I asked her name at the checkout and when she got wind of it she came over to my table where me and my sister were eating and was clearly highly upset that I asked for her name and I explained why and then she proceeded to tell me I was being rude because I said “your personal problems and life issues don’t need to be taken out on customers” she then threatened to call the police on me and my sister when I hadn’t even disagreed to leave. As a manager the behavior is absolutely disgusting and she was yelling and humiliated me in front of a store filled with customers. I worked for chipotle in the past and that is not how they preach their customer service to employees. I would never eat at chipotle again, this is disgusting and absurd.

This place must utilize bankers hours? Had attempted to eat here three times in the last 6 months and they are always closed. Today I arrived at 3:46 eastern time and the dirty piece of paper was taped to the door apologizing for being closed. Meanwhile it clearly states open until 10pm on the door. Inside two employees were eating having a great time in the dining room and one was sweeping up in the back. What is going on here? Is this a cruel joke? why be open at all if you cannot serve people for lunch and dinner…? I won’t bother trying again.
This was my first time at Chipotle and I'm glad I had my son with me who had been before. I was a little confused by the setup but my son explained "It's the Subway of Mexican food" which is pretty much correct. The menu seemed kind of limited but once I ordered and sat down with my burrito bowl I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know if I would call it "authentic" Mexican food but it tasted good. The decor is basically concrete and steel. Tables were clean and the floor was basically clean but with nothing else to look at I noticed all the table and seat legs were dirty looking. Overall, food was good, strange setup for ordering food which I would call "cafeteria" style and with the million choices in the area, I'll probably never go back unless someone I'm with really wants to go there.
Don’t accept mobile orders if your restaurant is closed for unknown reasons.
I am literally disgusted by the utter miss management and stupidity of this business and how it is run right now. We ordered online and it allowed us to select an evening time for pick up, it took our money, and then we drove a half hour north to go pick it up and the restaurant was closed. I tried to get a hold of someone and they told me that it could only be handled by customer service the next day. We went to Chili’s afterwards and there were no joke four other people that we met there that were also as upset as we were. I am never going back there again and they better refund my money.
Love the food but this place never seems to be open. When they are, they're hours (no exaggeration) behind on online orders. Wish it was like it was when it first opened.
Placed an order online for 5pm, yet when I showed up to this location there was a sign on the door stating they're only open from 11-3. Absolutely pathetic. Still making excuses for being short staffed. That poor line is getting so old. And to top it off Chipotle has zero customer service to get a refund. Losers.
