Food , Service and Price was Awesome
That was the worst experience with a server that I had in years. We ordered the 3 for $10 with our dessert reward. Our server informed us those could not be combined. So we asked to change our order and that's when her attitude completely changed. She was rude to us and even turned her back to us when we asked her a question. The eye rolls were topper on the cake. Food was fine but hard to enjoy after the experience.
Awesome. Simply awesome. Our waitress, Diane, was amazing and super friendly. A+ to her. The food was delicious and so flavorful. We got Cajun Chicken Pasta, Southwest Egg Rolls and the best of the bunch, half rack of ribs. Done in the house bbq sauce and cooked to butter perfection. I will be a return customer to this location. This was a first time Chilli's experience for me and I am thoroughly impressed. Well done.
A complete waste of my time. Place was empty and it should have been a sign not to come here. Had to wait five minutes for the host to get my girlfriend and I seating. Then had to wait about 20 minutes for the waitress to ask for drinks. My girlfriend and I put all our food in all at once because we knew it would take a while to get service. My girlfriend ordered ribs and they were really dry. The waitress didn't even bother asking her if she wanted sauce or anything to go with her meal. I got the shrimp fajitas. The shrimp were overcooked and dry. I was not impressed and will never be coming back here.
If I could give zero stars i would. I understand they are probably short staffed but my table and I sat for 15 minutes while we watched our waitress stand at the bar before getting the opportunity to put our drinks in. A larger party sat down near us when we got our appetizers and they were instantly greeted and handed drinks and their appetizers by the time we finished ours. They were given their dinner at the same time as us. The waitress came back to their table after several minutes and asked if their food was good. Eventually she came and asked us if we needed anything once I was about halfway through my meal. Asked for dipping sauce and boxes and she just walked off. Eventually received my box and sauce. Never been to Chile's before and will not be going back. Thanks.
Walked in and the hostess looked confused. Finally seeded the restaurant and a half empty. Our waitress liked to talk with the people at the bar While the tables she had sat idle. Food was decent. Don’t get the chicken wings if you really want crispy wings. Service needs much to be desired. Waitress just never came back after dropping off the food.
Food and staff were great. Notable fruit fly invasion at the bar. Staff did there best under the circumstance. But I know how persistent those little monsters can be. Bar did a great job keeping everything covered.Plenty of parking, clean inside, all staff were attentive and helpful. Will be back.
The food is good. We had drinks they were tasty as heck n had a kick to them.
The food is pretty good, a little bland, but my girlfriend and her family love it here. It asked me to review, because we got takeout from here recently. They were out of fries so they said they'd be right out when the fries are done (sweet fresh fries!) The fries I was given were under done. My gf loved her, Cajun shrimp Alfredo. My burger was also fantastic.
I cannot go here anymore. Which is sad. Used to be a great place for a beer after work or to bring the family for lunch/dinner. I'm not risking the visit anymore, last two times I went, I actively saw drug use in the parking lot. Even had a person try and jump in front of my car. Until the hotel next do Chilis can clean up their clientele, I don't feel safe going here anymore.
