The wings were exceptional on this trip and the service was phenomenal. Super friendly, accommodating and it was the most attentive service I have received I think!

I'm all fine with places being understaffed and super busy, but when you're under staffed and busy and two of the people who are working spend most of their time at one table entertaining four people while the rest of everyone else has to sit down and wait that doesn't look to me like customer service is a huge thing, not to mention when my wife posted a bad review they decided to say pro tip when it's busy. You might not always get good service or something along those lines. So all I'm understanding is the Buffalo wild wings franchise doesn't care about good quality service or good customer support or good food at that as long as they're busy. S*** goes out the window so I have to go when it's not busy in order to get good food and good service? Not to mention I may or may not have almost thrown up after eating said food because I was not feeling too well after I ate it. But what do I expect from low quality? Fast food. Anyways, I decided to give it a try because I had a gift card I would have been better spent at McDonald's or Taco Bell. The server I will say was nice but her being very stretched thin could barely be at our table and the manager. Like I said him and whoever else was with him spent most of their time talking to the table in front of me. And I do expect some sort of trolling response to demean me or call out for some random b******* from an anonymous account. Whatever you can say, whatever you want. I speak my mind. It is what it is. I myself will probably never ever go back to another Buffalo wild wings after that experience had nothing to do with being understaffed or busy and everything to do with the mentality that cuz it's busy they're allowed to have poor quality.The chicken on my wife's salad tasted like tuna and look like it was canned tuna. If that's what Buffalo wild wings thinks of for a chicken salad or Cobb salad. Whatever you want to call it tuna, fish or canned chicken. That's not very good in my opinionThe french fries were pretty stale tasting. I could pretty much scratch my forehead with them and they wouldn't break. It is what it isMy kids said the mac and cheese wasn't bad so I guess they can do one thing pasta and melted cheese. Yay! The easiest oneAnd I watched three other groups, get their food first and their order looked a little more intense than mine. But whatever. Like I said, I'm not here to complain or trash on the franchise itself. But I don't know if I want to go to another one after this experience and the attack on my wife on social media is not very professionalAnd apology if there's any grammar problems or spelling issues. Horrible service. The purple haired lady at take out will curse you out then call the manager and cry that you cursed her out. Avoid this place. Horrible. The manager was the worst. He did not introduce himself. He just came running out and started accusing me. He was the real problem starter. He was extremely aggressive and talked to me like a child. F
Always a fantastic experience! The staff goes above and beyond. The food is obvious top notch. Best choices of sauce flavors and dry rubs.If you like good beer, great food and excellent service... you need to come to BWW!
While still currently here- I have to say that this bar has horrible customer service. Didn’t have the liquor I requested (no big deal) and never recommended an alternative. Instead she got annoyed and walked away to take someone else’s order instead of providing us with different options or take my boyfriends drink order. She proceeded to ignore us until we reached out to let her know we needed to order. She never once offered us menus, asked how our drinks were or happily welcomed us into her establishment as we sat down at the bar. She handed us our bill without a thank you or have a nice day. Nothing. In fact, she said, “Here ya go.” Never coming back to this establishment. People need to learn proper customer service or they should find a different job.
We were visiting the south Portland area and stopped in for a bite and to watch the Buccaneers game. It all started with the hostess, she was quick and very polite in getting a seat with a great view of the big screen. Our waitress was Sheridan, she is fantastic, awesome, very polite. She never made us wait for any service. Hope if you visit you can have her as your waitress.
