Such a shame. I understand that the world has changed, however if you really don't like your job, and do not enjoy working with the public maybe you shouldn't work there. The lady that made our sandwiches was so very rude, and our food was not good. It has gone down hill
The service was good but I only wanted 2 slices of pizza and they gave me the whole thing. The pizza was wicked good though.
I absolutely love Pazzo Breads but this amatos made it horrible. Lacking in crispiness and flavor, plus soaked in grease. It seems like they did not cook it at all.
Why is there an Amato’s Corporate Employee(Joseph Lavezzi) doing a review on this location posing as a customer?? If I could give zero stars for this place I would have!
Just terrible. Kept calling the restaurant and noone ever answered. Called 5 times straight for 15 min even as i got to the location. No customers, just a Asian female and Jamaican male employee talking and couldn't be bothered. No acknowledgement whatsoever. I ordered two windows down as a result.Don't go to Amato's at the Mall. They apparently don't care and don't need your business! Don't go to Amatos!
This place screws up every order even when you make it crystal clear multiple times. I love amatos but the Maine Mall amatos has a staff full of careless kids who don't listen.
Didn’t have Pazzo bread and wouldn’t make it for me
I'm not a big fan of pizza ?, but, this was not bad. Everyone liked it. We just had cheese ?. A little greasy, but, the crust was good. Not chewy or burnt.Friendly and helpful service. A little pricey, but, everyone was happy.
Awful. All around awful!
The manager is awesome and so is the staff super friendly and always great food
