Yordprom is such a terrific destination for a coffee and snack. If you need to buckle down and do some work, this is also a great location. I highly recommend the iced Vietnamese or a hot chai.
They had delicious lattes, and pastries for sale. Small parking lot but it was walking distance from my Air bnb

Best Vietnamese iced coffee in town, hands down. A great place with super friendly and sweet staff who remember my order, a beautiful zen garden area to sit outside in, and also wifi! Also the pastries are pretty good and the vibes are right!
Favorite coffee shop in Portland. The location is great. My Oat-milk Vanilla Latte was beautiful and delicious. It was well made. Barista was friendly.
Ordered two cappuccinos and 2 egg+cheese English muffins. The bill was almost $20, and the portions of everything was too small. The best part is -- an 8 oz coffee is $4.We had to go to The Holy Donut to get ourselves coffee and a donut to fill us, cuz Yordprom wasn't doing it for us.
Nice coffee shop, especially the little outdoor seating area. The house specialty sandwich was our favorite and the croissants were clearly fresh from a pretty decent bakery.
