DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS. when a customer with reduced hearing capabilities at the drive thru is struggling to hear and give their order due to background noise from other businesses nearby, they are RUDE and reply "you better correct how you're addressing me and stop yelling"! some folks who are hard of hearing project their voice because they can't properly hear. when the words being delivered from the customer are not rude, there is no need to be RUDE to folks who are not yelling. when the customer says "alright well I hope you have a great day" as they are pulling away instead of ordering, your reply is "i hope you dont" you need to learn some BASIC customer service skills, please. not everyone is out to get you hun. I'd hate to see how they deal with other customers with various disabilities! we have NEVER had this experience at another location.
When through tonight around 730 pm. Had the nicest drive thru worker I've met. Guy actually seemed like he cared about customers and was actually interacting and seemed like he really had a interest to make customers feel happy!
Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain... and I normally don't have a problem with this location. However today, I ordered online and they completely forgot to dress two of the cheeseburgers. They were literally just the bun and nothing else. Not sure how such a simple thing was missed and still wrapped as if they were completed.
Hell for delivery drivers and people trying to pick up preordered and prepaid online orders. Its always drive through only, with the doors locked and 18 cars wrapped around the building trying to order in the drive-through. You get in line to pick up something that’s already been ordered and paid for and should be ready to go, and wait up to 40 minutes just to get it.I get it. Everyone’s quit their jobs and nobody has enough staff, but why not have a rack in the lobby (like other places that are otherwise closed in the lobby, but open to come in for mobile and third-party delivery pick ups) where you can put it out for the drivers to come in and grab it? Having all the third-party delivery drivers and online ordering customers waiting in the drive-through just slows down the whole assembly line process.I miss the days when fast food was actually fast. You’d hop in the drive-through, order and have your stuff within a couple minutes. Its time for people to go back to work. no matter where you go nobody has any staff. Lets go Brandon!
Today at the Wendy’s on Warren Ave Portland the guy at the window around 5pm was very rude and unprofessional. Now I know fast food isn’t the most professional to begin with but the man called the person who had just pulled away and “friggin retard” and completely ignored the fact that I had pulled up to the window. Then basically threw my food at me and forgot my drink which I had to ask for.
This place is always packed but the service is great. Only 3 stars because of the hrs and no breakfast.
I never write posts because I believe people that do have too much time on their hands but this time I feel it to be necessary. I went through the drive-through ordered two hamburgers with just ketchup for children.Got home and they had cheese on them. This happens now and then so I didn’t put much thought just drove back walked into the building and after explaining a few times what I was talking about (because hamburger with just ketchup is complicated)they gave me my burgers and I left. There is no way that there was any type of miscommunication possible as to what I expected. When I got home and saw those two burgers that’s when I knew the whole world is doomed if that is the majority of our population. One had cheese on it and one had pickles and onions on it. Really??
Worse place ever!!! Everything was gross. I totally understand with the new times people don't wanna go to work, for some reason they just stopped showing up. But please you are making a lot of money just to get an order wrong? They compare their fries to the best around and when we got them they were cold. Our order was gross and so very cold. Let's stop giving people 17 an hour if they cannot make a cheeseburger right
Saw the ad on TV for sausage, egg, cheese, biscuit breakfast sandwiches. Went to the drive-thru to order 8 sandwiches. A voice said they were closed, told to come back during regular hours, recorded voice never said what those times were! We were there at 10 am, usually breakfast is until 10:30!
Watch out this store will scam you...I ordered online and when I got to drive up they said there online system was down and they where not receiving orders. So I paid at window for my order. I then was charged on my card for the order also. Fraud straight up. Buyer be ware.
