Delicious. One of our best meals in Portland. Usually you get frozen veggies at these types of restaurants, but Veranda Noodle house used fresh veggies and it was absolutely delicious. I had the veggie basil stir fry and my husband chicken fried rice. In the top 2 of our favorite meals in 5 days. A must in Portland.

The food wasn’t anything to call home about. The rice rolls were just stuffed with lettuce and we’re pretty bland. The customer service wasn’t the friendliest either. After I finished my food and asked for the bill I had to remind her waited 20 minutes before I got it as she tended to other customers not even looking my way. Would definitely not go back, I’m sure there are better Vietnamese restaurants in the area!

Have been getting pho here for several years but in the last few orders quality of broth, quantity, and overall ingredients have been lacking. No more tendon and broth has lacked richness. Still a decent bowl of pho, but would be happy to pay more if meant getting what Veranda used to be so well known for… a heaping bowl of some of Portland’s best broth and all sorts of meaty bits.

We, my husband and I, stopped by but they were closing/closed. The gentleman there opened the kitchen and cooked us a delicious drunken noodle with pork. He could have told us to come back the following day but he didn't. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I will definitely return when they are actually open.

Great choices for Thai food and some Vietnamese dishes too! super fast and friendly service!Definitely will be back.

This was the spot we chose for lunch based on reviews and we were not disappointed. The two of us each ordered something different and we both enjoyed our meals very much.

Friendly staff and lots of choices. I am fussy so I had veggie tempura and sampler for 1 and hubby had mincemeat pho. Veggie tempura was very good, especially the fried broccoli and onion rings. On the sampler plate I really liked the crab rangoon and dumpling. Chicken wings were a bit overcooked and I didn't eat the beef or chicken stick as I don't like curry. Hubby said they were good. Other items weren't too bad. Hubby really loved his pho.

Food was okay but customer service horrible. Orderd food for two for dinner in Christmas Eve. My wife got her order fine but the server completely messed up my order. when I informed the server that the food she brought was not what I ordered her facial expressions showing I made the mistake. I asked if she can get the right order, she said they are not making it now might have to wait 30 min or more. Basically she is no longer going to serve any food. We just walked out because of her behavior.

Very delicious drunken noodle with chicken and tofu. Good portion size for $14.

Fast and friendly service, great eats and prices are spot on! Great little bit of ambiance, loved the lighting and music, cannot beat the locale. Would definitely recommend, would return here!
