Its a small store but definitely worth a visit. The staff is super nice the decor is quirky. Cocktails were amazing.
Great bar, had so much fun, staff and patrons are all the best!
Spectacular cocktails. Creative and delicious. Cool Mrs. Havisham's dreamy nightclub decor. Super knowledgeable and friendly bartenders.
Cool hidden craft cocktail bar with a memento mori vibe. Of the beaten path and well executed cocktails from knowledgeable and friendly bartenders.
I had the absolute pleasure of being Jewel Box patron after visiting Portland with a girl who I was newly “seeing.” We ended up at The Jewel Box after begging a local couple at dinner to tell us where to go for a “relaxing time, great drinks and a great atmosphere and that the Bearded Lady’s Jewel Box is what they suggested (they knew we were on a date). I don’t know who that couple was but they are my heroes. It was a random Sunday night and it was quiet inside. We almost missed it but someone walking by showed us the (somewhat) hidden door and I walked into a dream...or at least what felt like one. Everything from the incredible and unique cocktails, to the vintage-y eclectic and elegant ambiance, solid indie/alt playlist, lighting, UPSTAIRS LOUNGE CHAIRS (thank you Brittney for telling us about it) to the temporary tattoos on the way out. It was as if I had found some hidden gem and I did. This place will forever be in my memory as one of the best nights parts of one of the best nights of my life. I can’t wait to travel to Portland again and relive that it.I’ve been to my fair share of bars across the country in my 30+ years and this was, by far, hands down my absolute favorite. I’ve never seen anyplace so aesthetically pleasing, visually stunning, comfortable and romantic. If you’re in Portland, GO TO THE BEARDED LADY’S JEWEL BOX. You won’t be disappointed. I’m still gushing and it’s been weeks.
Attentive staff. Nothing wrong with the service. This place is just too much. It’s like the owners/designers were trying to mix all the fun and hip things from the past 25 years into one scene. Black lace flowing from the ceiling, glow in the dark pineapple, Gothic goblets for cocktails, gold peacock center piece, strobe lights, and dead flowers everywhere. I just don’t know ?♀️. Like a Halloween had a Goth baby with Portland in the 2000s and it threw up Pinterest.Great service though.
A gem up north. Great bar!
Cozy atmosphere, best cocktails in Portland, great music!

Bar tenders were awesome. Could use more beer options
