So delicious! They're potato donuts so much more filling than standard donuts. The staff was so so friendly in the greatest genuine way. I also ordered a coconut coffee that was perfect! Can't wait to go back ?

These were highly recommended by several people and apparently potato donuts are a thing! Before leaving the area, we decided to stop in and grab some of these famous donuts. We had a Blueberry Glaze, a Lemon Glaze, a Toasted Coconut and a Triple Berry Holy Cannoli. These are ‘cake like’ donuts, that are more dense than normal ones. They were not overly dry or overly moist and they were actually quite delicious. These are definitely a must try, if in the area.
Must have a great and delicious donut in this place. We loved the old fashion and coconut donuts..but ALL donuts are so good!! Line as the front door...so, be patient and enjoy these amazing and famous Maine donuts!

Super friendly staff. Very cute shop. And what a fantastic donut!! The potato starch definitely gives a different taste and texture to it but it is so good. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. Great employees.this a SUPER high 4 rating, 4.886 out of 5. I'm giving it 5 just because the overall experience was great. The donuts are definitely delicious. Maybe I had my expectations faaaar too high. While the glazes on the donuts are excellent, the donuts itself had a very 'cake' texture to them. We ordered 4 different donuts, all of them tasted great but the texture was close to a cake texture. I would still HIGHLY recommend this spot if you're a donut enthusiast. If you love donuts, you won't be disappointed. You will have to pay for parking to get here. Seating is very limited. It is pretty busy during lunch hours so do not expect to get seating inside as well. Overall, an excellent donut shop.
I stopped to get my dogs an old fashion donut after then of them just had an acupuncture treatment. This was our first time here. We pulled up to the window & the the two staff members really made my day! They were both just so excited to see & meet my little doggies. Holy Donut in Scarborough will now always be our weekly stop because of those two (:

Family raved about 'Holy Donut' so we had to try it. Maybe we are too old to get it, but the donuts (made of potato flour) are heavy, and largely inedible. they looked great, we bought three, but did not finsh any of them. Maple flavored donut was faintly scented of maple, the chocolate tasted mainly of flour and fat, only the lemon donut had any flavor to speak of, but even that one was simultaneously dry, heavy and coated in fat. the staff was friendly and the place has a cool vibe, but that's it.
