This place is a joke! More than half the time, they aren't open when they're supposed to be.Today they opened at 12 like they are supposed to, but when I went to the drive thru speaker nobody acknowledged me. I drove up to the window to pickup my mobile order and after another 2 minutes I was told that no food was ready for orders yet, and that it would be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes. I'm now waiting in the parking lot for someone to bring out my food whenever they feel like it.
This location is close to my house and I’ve gone from stopping on my way home, too ordering it on Uber eats before I leave work from another location. Every time I’ve gone past 7pm but still within business hours according to the website, I will order and then the person say either “actually we are closed” or we aren’t taking orders anymore. It’s really frustrating to try and grab a convenient dinner after a 12 hour shift for people in side the building working to tell me they aren’t able to provide their services. Guess I will finally learn my lesson and stop going to this location.
I’m sorry I ate this horrible mess without taking pictures. I just got the 3 Beef Soft Tacos Supreme at the drive thru. A thin slurry of hamburg in the bottom, with a bit of lettuce and salsa carelessly thrown on one end; cheese on one was actually on the outside of the taco. Sloppily made, way short on fillings, they looked nothing like the pictures. Never, ever going back!
Slowest drive through line ever. Painfully slow, and not for a lot of food. Maybe two or three cars in front of me? Perhaps I was an off day and therr were a school bus full of hungry children inside screaming for food?Either way, they need to pick up the pace a bit. Otherwise the kid at the windows was professional. It's what you would except form any fast food place just way slower than reason.
I walked into this seemingly open Taco Bell on my lunch break at work, and had an employee walk up to me at the counter and tell me that I could not order because they were only taking mobile orders. WHY LEAVE THE DOOR UNLOCKED? WHY COULDN'T YOU JUST TAKE 30 SECONDS OUT OF YOUR DAY AND TAKE MY ONE PERSON ORDER? DO YOU KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS?*EDIT I would have gone through the drive thru normally, however my work truck would not fit.
I went to Taco Bell last night. The tacos were so small! They had maybe a quarter inch opening with maybe a heaping teaspoon of filling. I ordered the #1 combo with no sour cream plus 2 extra tacos. So 5 tacos and the combo came with a large soda. Then I got 3 tacos with sour cream which came with a large soda. Then I ordered a $5.00. Chalupa Box and it didn't have what was said to be in it and it was $5.99. The order came to $31.16. What a joke! And I asked for a take home paper menu and these two guys looked at each other as if I asked for a martian! They said the menu is online. The food was awful! I won't be going back and I don't subvest anyone wastes their money. Horrible!
My lady and I stopped here after a long snowy hike at Presumscot Falls. She’s Vegan and her orders are usually “complicated” but the dude working the register was super helpful and patient and her grub was great! I bet we will be back again!
These "kids" working when I was there threw down some good portions. I think these guys may or may not partake in cannabis and appreciate not getting a skimpy taco. Unlike some of these Taco Bells that have tweekers slanging skimpy tacos and screwing up your order.Order was right and fast. Tacos were warm and no mushy shells. Most cheese I've ever had at T.B. Kudos my dudes.
Online orders can get inside now so that's a bonus but 45min to get 4 items is a bit rough, seems like they may have been training new workers so I'll give a 3 instead of 2...✌
Simple order right: 9 soft chicken tacos only cheese, easy? WRONG! Some with lettuce, some had no chicken and even one with no cheese! Not to mention I was the ONLY person there so how the Frick can you screw that up?
