Never again!! Don’t go, this family is bipolar. One day they’re nice, the next day the mother is screaming at customers. One day they take a coupon, the next day they won’t, even though the same coupon scanned into the system many times. They just make up the rules as they like!! I’ll go to another subway, that cares about their customers, these people obviously don’t, and hate there jobs. Don’t go!
The most disgusting place I’ve been in in all my life, long wait, bad customer service and no restroom even as a customer with children. There are constantly dirty tables the soda machine is always broken and there are never enough staff it seems and the ones there don’t really seem to know what they’re supposed to be doing. As someone who loved Subway growing up and even until now this is very disappointing however I doubt I’ll be wasting my money here again.
If I could give 0 stars I would! The management and the staff are AFWUL!!! my family went in for a sandwich and had a time limit so because she needed to be back at ME Med Barbara Bush wing for her child... waited paitently and was repeatedly skipped in line and skipped by online and phone orders. Not only that but the 2 girls working were extremely rude and condescending. They ruined her sandwich on PURPOSE! When she called to ask to speak to a manager, as ANYONE WOULD she was laughed at and treated like less than human. The manager stuck up for her awful employees and used the excuse that "they hadn't been properly trained yet" SO TRAIN EM! Even still the way they behaved should be obvious to anyone that they were WRONG! I will be telling EVERYONE I know to not eat there while those people work there. Rude, unprofessional and dirty...
So I ordered from Uber eats & I payed additional for avocado spread , I get my order and it’s not in my sandwich. I’ve been calling the store for a refund and no one’s seems to want answer the phone. I am so disappointed.
I highly recommend eating here! The staff are super friendly and they always keep everything fresh as advertised!
