It says 530 opening and they ignored me completely I drove up to the window to ask and they acted as if I wasn’t there. It is 545 right now and I’m not sure why they aren’t open?? Super annoying, and I think it’s rude to ignore no matter what like as if I wasn’t even there they knew I saw at the drive they waiting for someone to say something all of the lights are on. Idk not happy

This morning I had gotten huge attitude from a women working the drive thru. Typically, I have great experiences with this Starbucks, and I go here daily for my morning drink before work, however today left a bad taste in my mouth. I did have a rather large order, as I bought breakfast for my team at work, and I know a big order can be stressful on the staff-however the attitude received and the way I was spoken to was totally uncalled for. I love Starbucks, but might need to drive 5 extra minutes to visit another one after this encounter.
Super nice staff and the place is always clean
Very nice place. Orders were quick, and I was able to work on my laptop for 5 hours while my last shopped. Even had an outlet, a holiday miracle!
Starbucks is definitely my favorite place to get coffee, and this location's drinks definitely lives up to my hopes. The hot chocolate and other holiday drinks are great to try this time of year. The reason I did not give 5 stars though is they have some very abnormal store hours right now. They have been closed several days when I tried to visit, and they close most days in the mid-afternoon (sometimes as early as 3 PM). I'm not sure what the exact reason for this is, but I assume it is from the labor shortage. I know they are missing out on a lot of business with this decision, so I hope they can get their hours resolved soon. Otherwise, the staff has been very nice and helpful, and they are very quick with online orders.
Consistent coffee. Better if you like fancy drinks.
