So I come here often at least 3 times a week I always want a dark roast coffee Don't offer dark roast on your menu if you don't want me ordering it I'm always told it's a pour over so I have to wait, usually the long wait I usually wait, so I never have had to actually wait I can tell it's a bother for you guys to make me a cup. My one cup pays over the pot you'd waste. Any way today besides sounding annoyed that I ordered U actually make me wait 5 minutes so far as I write this And I ordered 4 drinks at drive thru So don't offer dark roast They always warn it'll be a pour over but I never have had to wait this long so if you want to punish me for ordering coffee, they are 7 people working not working in your forest Ave store it's 142 sat day before Easter . 12 minutes now waiting, went inside and counted the people " working" I work at dunkin's it takes 3 mins to brew a whole pot
Ordered a venti iced chocolate almond milk shaken espresso and asked for a “little less ice”. Cashier said “since you’re asking for less ice it’ll mean that it won’t be filled all the way to the top”. I never heard of any Starbucks location ever doing that, but I told the cashier that it’s not a problem. I got my order……and there was so much ice that it piled above the drink itself. It was pretty warm outside as well, so my drink was mainly water within 5 minutes.
I ordered a cappuccino plus a shot of expresso and I got…. No comment and it’s not the first … the order taker he’s so rude!!!
Got there at 5:30, was told they had just closed. Was told staffing Issues. There was 5 Baristas setting in the dinning room for over a hour.
It was good, but a regular coffee took way longer than it needed to.
Google said open till seven, sign on forest says open until seven, and get up to the speaker and you’re closed. I understand the situation we’re all in right now but you’re burning people’s time, gas, and so on. Changing business hours daily isn’t effective when customer loyalty is on the line. This is not a negative review about this location but more of an awareness post for others.
I have mixed feelings - staff there are always super nice just often l found my drinks taste differently... I really hope the quality of the drinks can be consistent
my roommate and i stopped by this morning to get pumpkin goodies because it might be august but its never too early for pumpkin, and we were greeted with excellent service and a wonderful experience! finn was an absolute delight and we will absolutely be back. definitely our fav starbucks in this area!! :)
Starbucks Falmouth Maine I'm afraid has sunken to the bottom. Frequent closures at 2 pm, Frequently out of stock, Unhappy staff with large turnover ( having less inventory and management issues), Online App not being accessible to order from. This is disappointing and has lost what I considered a special place to buy a great product with outstanding customer service and happy employees with a smile. Sadly that has been lost. This Starbucks needs help.. The top sets the tone.
