TL;DR- great sandwich, friendly/efficient staffI called ahead to have a sandwich ready for pick-up (April's special "moose on the loose" is well worth it) and didn't really have a ton of time to spare. The team was super friendly and moved fast despite a full shop which was a perfect combo to ease my stress over my jam-packed day. Thanks, SGD!

If you publically shame workers, this is what happens. Treat workers better, pay them well, and you won't have a revolving door of employees.

I travel often, so I’m always on the lookout for notable places to try in different states. This restaurant is not it. I will make note not to give my business due to the post that publicly shamed its employees. That entire post sounded JUST like something Aunt Lydia from The Handmaid’s Tale would say. Shaming and belittling employees who call in will not gain you sympathy. Sounds like a toxic work environment. My advice to the staff there: get something lined up and get out of there. Looks like the real ‘bad apples’ are management. ??

I've never been here, but from the public displays of how they treat their employees I never will.

We used Sister's Gourmet Deli for catering a company meeting and it was a fabulous experience. The food was outstanding, the catering manager, Katie, is very responsive and helpful. They made my first experience with them a huge success. The delivery was on time and the ordering process was seamless. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The Lemon Herb Chicken was one of my favorite sandwiches I've tried during Portland Food Fights. The veggies were so fresh and the flavor combination of lemon and dill was amazing. I can't wait to get it again.

Was looking for a tasty sandwich that wasn't too heavy downtown. The FREDGE was perfect. The basil Mayo and Balsamic reduction were delicious paired with mozz and vegetables.

Visited for the Portland Food Fights best sandwich competition and ordered the Ambrosia sandwich. The sandwich was very delicious! Will be returning!!

Their Chicken Caprese sandwich is soooo good! My favorite sandwich so far in Portland. ? Had the broccoli cheddar soup last week, loved it!

Can I just say… wow! A celiac’s dream! Their sandwiches are packed with flavor (hello, Chicken Caprese) and they offer a gluten-free pita-pocket that doesn’t fall apart— and somehow tastes like normal bread. The portions are also very generous; I could only manage one half of my sandwich. Can’t wait for yummy leftovers! The only problem is that I didn’t try this place sooner.
