We stopped in to eat while waiting for our flight. At the entrance was a sign stating: “Seat yourself. Do not sit at dirty tables”. We sat down at a table thatlooked fairly clean. An extremely rude waitress ( bright red hair, glasses) yelled at us that there were no clean tables and to not sit there and then rushed away. We left and came back a little later. A waitress named Danielle told us to sit wherever we liked and was very courteous. We also witnessed the bartender being rude and disrespectful to a customer.
Service wasn't great. Our waiter EVAN has a major attitude. Customer service is very poor. Would not recommend getting food here. But plus side Evan doesn't I.D. for liquor. Sold to minors.
Food was awful. Service was even worse. If your food quality and Service is worse than being on the plane, then I think it's time you close your doors. Sat there for 15 minutes before even having a word spoke to us even though the staff passed us a dozen times. Cleaned our own table and thought I was going to have to input my own order in their system just to get food and drinks
Avoid this place at all costs unless you like mediocre food at high prices. If you want a pre-made sandwich or wrap at fresh made prices come here! My caeser wrap didn’t even have any caeser dressing. The only interaction our waiter had we delivering food and a check. Didn’t check on us at all, no drink refills.$40 for two people and would have been better off spending $20 at Burger King at least they would have made the sandwich somewhat fresh.
It's a pretty good airport bar. The prices are high, but it's an airport and that's what you're going to have. The service was good and the beer was good. I didn't have the food, so I can't say one way or the other about that.
Passed some time before flight with tasty nachos and a great IPA. Courteous efficient service and skilled bartender.
Menu was limited to 4 items and drinks were a bit over priced and not the best but it's an airport bar so to be expected
The bartender was very good at her job, quick able to multitask n keep things in motion. The issue for us was the impatience she displayed. I understand being busy as I was in the restaurant business bartending & serving for over 25 years, but that’s not my fault and within 5 minutes of my interaction with her I felt I ruined her day. I asked about the menu and since she was pressed for time, she rushed through it and when I didn’t understand she sighed and reluctantly started again with a “[email protected]&k this” tone. She was working hard but needs to manage her emotions better at work. Also $2.99 extra for guacamole with the lobster nachos that were $25.. look at the lobster they put and the 2oz guacamole
Fruit flies everywhere, food came out like one minute after placed order than don't see waitress again. Even water glass comes to me with dead fruit fly in the glass.but if want your food fast and it's already made sitting in back perfect place for you.
Food was meh. Server acted like she wanted no human interaction at all. It's a place where you need to scan the QR code for a menu but it doesn't actually work until the server opens the table. Then you don't have an option to order face to face. They want you to order in the app and that sends the order to the kitchen. Just felt very impersonal. Waitress didnt even clear of our empty drinks, she just brought new ones over and left old ones on table as well. Everything on menu is severely overpriced also. Yes, I get that it's in an airport, not like we have any other choice, but still. I was not amused or happy with this establishment whatsoever.
