Our absolute favorite so far for thai. Awesome food, lovely people, and excellent service.
My best friend & I came from Augusta to Portland to handle some business. We picked this place to eat and it was THE BEST choice. The food was delicious, the staff was so friendly and kind and the price was really really good. The atmosphere was intimate and cozy. I will be coming back any time I go to Portland.
Classic go-to for limited selection of Thai food. Though the menu may be small, it is good.
Ordered from Embassy Suites hotel, it was delivered an hour later as delicious as it looked in the pictures. When I opened my hotel room door to receive it the delivery lady smiled and bowed her head. Did I mention the food was delish?!???
The location and decor are deceiving. The food is well prepared, fresh vegetables cooked perfectly and everything was seasoned deliciously. The staff is friendly. Another great Thai spot in Portland!
This little place right next to the hospital and convenient to all the ancillary services should be on your list - health care traveler or otherwise. We live in rural Maine and need to come to the big city for health care. I’m a huge Thai fan. This was a family run restaurant in the best way. The matriarch was cooking our food when I arrived. This is not dine in, but there is a bar for 4 where you can quickly slurp your food if you need to. There’s a parking spot outside with “3 minute parking” for your quick pick up needs. I took food back to 5 people in bethel who were all delighted! Amazing spring rolls!!! This is how I judge Thai - spring rolls. You can get them with ground chicken or shrimp - YES!
my husband and i have been here twice for lunch now. just simply some of the best food we have ever had. today we had the tom gai chix soup made with coconut milk. we split the orange chix, crispy potato and egg rolls. cannot recomend this little gem enough!
Out of the 3 Thai spots I’ve tried in Portland this one is definitely the best! Love the panang curry with steamed tofu.
Their Special Pad Thai Basil is the best thai food I've ever had. Highly recommend!
My husband and I randomly picked Saengs today for lunch. Best Thai food that i have experienced so far. We had the chicken/coconut soup and the Thai chicken with rice! Amazing flavors!
