We were THE ONLY OCCUPIED table in an empty restaurant at 5:30 pm on a Friday. We wanted to have a drink, then order appetizers, then order dinner. She gave us grief about taking too much of her time because she had a reservation for our table in 2 hours. Needless to say.....after one drink we left her to tend to her empty restaurant.

My wife and I just had dinner here and what a great find. Everything was outstanding, I had the linguine with shell fish and was blown away. the pasta was excellent and the shellfish very fresh. Watching the staff prepare the food you can tell they care about their craft. Small place which helps keep it special.

Don’t waste your time here with so many great restaurants in the area. We made a reservation a week in advance and had to wait 30 minutes upon arrival. The service was extremely slow. Portions were small and the chicken saltimbocca was dry and overcooked, and the gnocchi was not very good

Excellent dinner. Party of eight, great atmosphere! Hands down best Flan I have ever had!!!

We found Ribollita when we were in Portland Maine for the weekend and craving Italian food. It's a quaint and intimate spot. Very quiet in spite of being so busy. The service was very good and not overwhelming. The food was very good and simply prepared, not overdone as many places seem to do today. We had a calimari appetizer that was lightly breaded with polenta and just the right amount of oil and lemon. Very well done. Definitely give Ribollita a visit if you are in Portland Maine!!

My had Fettuccini Alfredo. It was meh. Predominant flavor was nutmeg. We did get takeout so it’s likely better in the restaurant. I had the chicken Saltimbocca. It was over cooked and tough. . My husband had a chicken & pasta dish and wasn’t impressed either. .

We love Ribolitas! Best service and best food in Portland!

Wonderful food and service every single time!

There were four of us dining, and we were all very satisfied with our meals. It's a small, intimate-feeling, dining area. Service was very good. Features hand made pasta dishes, and does offer gluten free option. Will definitely dine there again

Very cozy setting for a cold winter night out. The white bean ravioli with hazelnuts is spectacular, and the gnocchi with prosciutto and peas is pretty good too. Definitely get the tiramisu for dessert as well!
