Hands down best meal we’ve had in Portland. Scallop ceviche, shaved tuna, and tamales tasted of high quality. Awesome natty wine selection to pair with each course. Service was friendly and attentive. REGARDS is going into the Portland quiver.
Delicious, beautifully presented food. Electric yet chill atmosphere. Friendly and helpful service. A little pricey, but 100% worth it. They’re a welcome addition to the Portland food scene and they no doubt have a bright future ahead of them. Go before the word gets out and all the reservations are snatched up!
My lord, REGARDS was an absolute divine place to have a perfect meal inspired by Mexican/Japanese/West Coast cuisine using beautiful locally grown and harvested goods! Everything was stellar from the service to the Mezcal drinks to every wonderful plate that would come out of the Chef's kitchen including some incredibly creative (and extremely yummy) desserts. As a Mexican who adores Oaxacan food and can rarely find it here in the east coast, I am incredibly excited for this gem of a restaurant!! THANK YOU guys for existing! Finally a lovely Mexican place in the east coast! p.s. we forgot to capture the tacos but both the birria and shrimp tacos with handmade oaxacan corn tortillas were spectacular!
Incredible food, incredible service and beautiful ambiance. So happy to have this restaurant in the neighborhood! Unique but approachable dishes like ceviche, polenta and masa pancakes! There is truly something for everyone on this delicious menu. Owner Kimberly and server Katie were an absolute pleasure. They were welcoming, attentive and fun to be around!
Amazing food, drink, and atmosphere. This place is sure to become a local favorite and should not be missed if you are visiting Portland! Taco Thursdays were the best tacos I’ve ever eaten, and their full menu is so delicious! The menu changes seasonally and I can’t wait to go back again and again.
Amazing new place to check out! When you walk in you are greeted warmly and the atmosphereis comfortable and cozy. The food is beautifully delivered to your table by informed smiling staff.Order a bunch of dishes to share and you won’t be disappointed! The combination of different tastes, spices and texture the Chef creates is incredible! A fantastic place to go with a bunch of friends to try new dishes and make memories! Highly recommend!!
This is our new favorite place! It's high-end enough to feel really special, while still being comfortable enough for a relaxed weeknight meal. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable and the dishes are approachable but always with an exciting twist. A must visit for Portland dining. Can't wait to go back!
My girlfriend and I have been fans of Chef Neil’s cooking for years now since discovering his food at the now deceased Little Giant. Some of the most complex and mind blowing food I’ve had the privilege of trying. All of his dishes fly around all corners of your palate and keep you guessing what you’re tasting. Regards is no exception. Beautiful food in a beautiful space, with a lovely and knowledgeable staff. The only downside is that this will raise your expectations of what great food can be, and other restaurants will disappoint you.
One of my favorite restaurants in Portland! Delicious food and wonderful hospitality. The bar program is also great - don't let the small cocktail menu fool you. We asked for an agave pairing with our dessert and it was the perfect way to end our meal - can't wait to return for special occasions and casual meals alike.
In my opinion one of the best restaurants in Portland. I have been lucky enough to eat here multiple times since opening and each time it has smashed my expectations. The Chef and his team are absolutely top notch. I work with some of the top chefs in the country on a daily basis and I promise you these guy are big city professionals. Food is my life and profession. Trust me, Regards is awesome!
