I was dying of dehydration without any chance of hope and suddenly an iconic sign from my childhood caught my eye. A historic assertion of Maine’s assertiveness. I turn for the door when I’m drawn in by a tall, handsome, and pleasant man with an amazing black polo. He ushered me into a first class seat at the copper cladded bar where a Miller Lite sat waiting for me in a chilled glass. Pats Pizza is an establishment like none other. I was brought back to life by the perfect bartenders and fellow refugees. As more and more of my new best friends came into the restaurant, I knew I was home.Alisha was amazing!PATS FOREVER
Me and my family Went here after hours, we highly do not recommend this place, We watched them physically drag a couple folks out creating a huge negative situation for no reason , and scaring us, we will continue to point out this companies flaws until they fix them, while folks are aware. As peaceful folks of the Portland area we are very disappointed and scared in the way they treated folks here, we have been to the other pats pizza’s and had no issues. If you are looking for a plate of fear and negative energy then this is your place, the staff here do not care about your well being here they let the customers run the place creating a terrible negative environment controlling who comes in and out. With that being said we give Pats Pizza 2 stars out of 5 here. Your better off going elsewhere. We ordered a pizza and never got a chance to try it here so we disregard any order that was made with this company due to the terrible service.
Theres just something about the vibe of Pats Pizza that I really like. It always seems very friendly and fun. The wait and bar staff have always been friendly and nice whenever I have gone out to eat at this location. The pizza always hits the spot and the beers go down smooth. You can even get pitchers of beer which is fun to do when you are with a big group. A+!!!
I never leave reviews, and usually Pat's is good. But either whoever made this pizza tonight was high as hell or just needs to be retrained or find a new job. I've never seen a pizza so bad. Literally missing cheese on 3/4. You'd have to TRY to make a pizza this bad. Wow.
I was in there tonight, 2/20 at 7:30. Made an order to go and had a beer while waiting. When my order came I let the bartender know that one of the pizzas was wrong. She simply stated that I should look at the receipt to see that she had put the order in correctly. No offer to remedy the situation. I didn't want to wait around so I just took it. Piss poor customer service and will not return.
We ordered calzones for delivery and they sent us hot pockets. They were the saddest calzones I've ever seen. Also, they didn't send the side of sauce that I ordered. Things have gone downhill on market street
Went here to pick up an order for takeout about 45 minutes after calling. The guys behind the counter had forgotten to make it and the entire kitchen area behind the basement pickup area reeked of marijuana. One crewmember even had a sweatshirt with a giant marijuana leaf on it. I don’t know if there’s any connection to the mixup?. however I’ve worked enough restaurants to know a lot of people get high in the kitchen and that’s when mess ups often happen) Also, due to Portland’s new mask mandate, they’re claiming you have to show vaccination proof and wear a mask to enter, but the guys down stairs on kitchen and serving takeout aren’t wearing one. If everybody else has to wear the stupid masks than so should the crew!
Been a loyal customer since I was a kid but won’t be back. Don’t support Pat’s if you support medical freedom. Requiring vax card at the door is discrimination.
asked them for “more ketchup than a reasonable and healthy person would need”, got 3 extra ketchup cups and the lid of the box of fries had a note written on it— “would you like some fries with that ketchup?”. absolutely hysterical
Came here on the suggestion of my brother in law, had some white pizzas and Larrys. Easy parking and cooperative staff when we couldn’t decide on what to order. Plenty of great spots within walking distance too.
