Sometimes OTTOs is good and sadly, sometimes they fail. You never know what you’re going to get. Sometimes my Caesar salad is full of lettuce, shaved parm and croutons and sometimes it’s a box half full of lettuce sans croutons with a sprinkle of finely grated parm. Last night was a night of the latter salad. I hope they can fix these inconsistencies or I’m going to have to find myself a new favorite pizza place.
Superb crust with many delicious options on the menu. Loved the pineapple, bacon and hot honey plus the eggplant, ricotta, and basil.
I don’t usually ever call when I get a messed up pizza but this time I had to. I’m not sure who thought letting this out of the kitchen was a good idea. I’m happy to say they gave me a refund no questions or proof needed. It’s just a roll of the dice weather your food will be good or not.
Always get the loaded mashed potato pizza, and across all their stores in the state they taste the same which is great. Consistency makes me come back time and time again to this pizza palace for more!
I've never seen this at any pizza place....as I was ordering my food in the Ottos on Congress at the bottom of Munjoy Hill I watched the person running takeout counter reheat customer's pizza by slice(which is sitting in the open under no heat lamps) in a commercial microwave oven. I walked out upon seeing that. I'm servesafe certified and have worked in kitchens for many years.....how this location is operating is not safe Food practices!
Otto's is a longtime favorite of mine. Deliciously thin crust, and their specialty, the mashed potato pizza, is to die for. The venue is clean and the servers wear masks so we felt comfortable dining in.
by far the best pizza around... crunchy crust... awesome toppings..get the mashed potato and bacon pie!
Very disappointed with my experience with you guys tonight! Ordered a gluten free pizza through door dash and it arrived with parchment paper in it. I called the restaurant and they apologized and told me to place the order again and that they would include an extra pizza to make up for it. My second order arrived and both of those pizzas had paper in them too! I called the restaurant again and the manager was not helpful at all and basically told me she could just remake them but I’d have to come pick them up. I’m now out $40 from door dash who won’t give me my money back. I’m appalled that these pizzas were sent out not only once but twice and the manager didn’t seem to care at all.
We’re in town for a friends birthday and stopped in for lunch. We got the meatballs, cheesy garlic bread, seasonal red pepper pesto pizza & mashed potato, bacon and scallion pizza. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and the pumpkin beer was very good too. 10/10 will come back and order all of it - I’d be there right now if they were open!
Amazing pizza... Definitely in the top 3 of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The pulled pork with mango is quite a delicious mix of flavor profiles and a must have
