Would not recommend. Don't waste your time. Avoid this location.After 20 minutes of waiting in line and the line not moving (there were only a few cars in front of us) we gave up and left the drive through line.This location takes the "fast" out of fast food.If I wanted to wait 20 minutes in a line that doesn't move, I'd go to the DMV.
Worst service ever! horrible from one of the manager! Just because they made the burger meat raw and I ask to make it again! The lady was rude and disrespectful, she basically say here is your money back I’m not serving you the burger ! Just like that! And refuse to gave her name back! I told her I’m going to report you and she responded back Go ahead you will be wasting your time! No one will do anything! So I’m posting this so everyone be aware of my experience!
It's McDonald's so.... it's okay. Never been to this location till now and it was late so i couldn't tell you about the inside.The drive through was open late, hence the three stars. But the staff demeanor was essentially they had given up for the night and wanted to go home. And they failed to get my order correct.Not a good first impression. But since it wasn't all bad, they get a meh.
got a melted chocolate shake because they forgot to give it to me when I ordered it in drive thru. then I had to wait inside
I went thru the drive thru for an iced coffee. Since they advertise 99cent iced coffee all day long. Try to get one! I ordered a medium caramel macchiato got charged $3.34 which I didn't understand, then I got to the window it was in a small plastic cup!! I left & returned to the drive thru was told to go to 2nd window. Where there was a very rude woman who didn't listen to me at all. Just said these are the only 2 sizes we have. Large & the one they gave me. Such a lie !! Because I got a medium iced caramel coffee the week before even though they charged me $2.49.It would be nice if they sold what they advertise at the price in their ads!! Also don't go after 9:00pm & ask for a milk shake because you won't get one . Reason being they don't want to clean the ice cream machine. Half the time they don't have filet of fish either. Be a nice place to start a REAL MCDONALD'S one that sells what they advertise for the price they advertise it!!
Not that the bar is set high when it comes to fast food but other locations have these guys beat when it comes to consistency and customer service!
I mean, it's a McDonald's, so there's not a lot to say other than they have always gotten my order right and they keep the line moving at an appropriate pace. The staff is polite and easy to understand over the loudspeaker. I can't say anything about the dine-in experience as I've never been inside, but for a drive-through, it hits all the marks.
As an Ubereats driver, I’ve learned avoid this location at all costs.Literally every afternoon until late into the night the double drive-through is backed up with 18 cars all the way around the building and out into the street. Even at midnight in the middle of winter. Doors are locked so you can’t just pop inside and grab a prepaid, pre-ordered order. and once you get far enough in the line you can’t get out if you decide you don’t want to wait any longer. You’re blocked in.For the life of me I don’t know why they can’t have the lobby open for mobile app orders and third-party delivery pick ups only like a lot of places that have the lobby otherwise closed are doing right now?I’m so sick of waiting in the drive-through for 25 to 45 minutes for Ubereats pick-ups, burning $4 a gallon gas for an order that was pre-ordered and prepaid and should be ready to go. Uber tells me I shouldn’t wait more than seven minutes and that I should cancel orders if I arrive and wait longer, but if drivers canceled orders for excessive wait here after seven minutes, then they would literally be canceling every order.I don’t have time to sit in the drive-through numerous times each night for up to 45 minutes to make five or $10 on a trip.I miss the days when fast food was actually fast. If you wanted a quick bite than you could pop in at the drive-through, order your food and drive off within a couple minutes. 45 minutes for fast food is a bit excessive.Personally I think McDonald’s is pretty disgusting and I’m always amazed at the demand and people willing to wait for 45 minutes for that junk. Is it really that good? McDonald’s has sucked since they changed the chicken McNuggets, quit frying the pies, and switched to the healthier oil for the fryer basket.It’s time for people to get back to work. nobody has any staff. Way to go Brandon!(I just typed all this while waiting in the drive-through for my last Ubereats order I will ever accept here. A complete waste of my time and gas)
In case I have not said this before slow could be an understatement and since when do you pay for a large fry and get what probably equals of small fry
my husband and I went to the McDonald's on St John Street in Portland today, this morning is where it started. went there to grab our children some lunch it was 5 minutes before lunch started and there was a line I had a bus in the Drive-Thru. so we asked if we could just order the lunch because by the time we paid for it and got our stuff it would be lunch would be survey, and we were told no we paid for our meal and then they told us to park and they would bring our meal out to us. instead we parked and went into the lobby, at this point it is well into lunch being served. we got our order and headed home. once home we realize we didn't even get half of what we ordered (we spent over $50). I wasn't going to complain at all but our kids wanted McDonald's chicken nuggets so my husband and I went back tonight. again we were asked to park and they would bring food out to us (cashier also said she'd have a manager come out & speak to us about this morning but he never came out to speak with us) again tho we spent over $50 & again not receiving half of our order. I would not recommend going here. we have children and really can't afford to be just giving our money away for nothing & that's what happens going here. what's really sad is that they advertise this new sandwich "LAND, SEA & AIR." my husband and his friend each ordered one and those were 2 of a few items we didn't receive with our order. they talked all day about that sandwich & were very much looking forward to eating it, to again get let down.
