I have used them for years and never a problem. Today, I ordered for my moms 87th birthday. Somehow I made a mistake and put my ship to address instead of hers. As SOON as I got the email confirmation, I tried calling and did so for 11 times through out the day. No one answered the phone. I emailed back to please change address and no one responded. I feel bad that my mom will not get her lobster. She loves them. :(

Friends of ours recommended MLD. We wrote MLD with a question about getting a Saturday delivery. Well, they never got back to us. No phone number listed to call either. Offering excellent customer service especially in these economic times is a lifeline for every business. They lost our business and an over $500 SALE
I have attempted to contact this company numerous times about my order, that is supposed to arrive today, shipped overnight. But is arriving Monday, 8/10 surely with dead lobsters. How do I get through to someone?
So I ordered some lobsters for my dad for Father’s Day. I placed my order on June 15th and for delivery for Friday 19th which they were do to arrive by 1030AM. Well UPS didn’t deliver them to my Dad till Monday at 3:30 in the afternoon so those live lobsters sat and suffered in a hot truck all weekend.
I placed an order online. On last page I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. Spoke with a women from company and she fixed it. So I thought. In confirming email, the street # is still incorrect. Soooo I call again. She confirmed address with me and stated all set. Yet another email sent with INCORRECT street number again! This is on a friday,they are not open on Saturday. I tried calling ,literally ALLda on Friday! NO ANSWER. My package shipped to wrong address!Too late to intercept thru UPS. My recipient of package had to go to the address it shipped to and try to intercept!,,this is still in progress. Will update soon. Not happy AT ALL with this company!UPDATE. My package was NOT delivered ,still to wrong address, until Monday June 1st. I spoke with company this a.m. and they stated I will get a refund. Will update soon to let you know if that happens.
First time ordering and it won’t be the last! Lobsters arrived alive and fresh. Glad we decided to go with you out of the many competitors out there! My very southern neighbors finally got to experience what a Maine lobstah taste like and they are hooked. I’m originally from Boston and lobsters here are just not the same.
