Could not have asked for a more perfect Portland lunch. Food and service were top notch. Try to get a table upstairs for the views.

Back in 2018 we found Luke's just a few weeks after they opened. We had such a great experience then, I was a bit hesitant about returning because I wanted to keep the memory of what a good meal we had then. Well, here it is 2022 and we decided to make a 2nd visit. We went at 5 pm and were immediately seated. The service is still very good. We had the classic lobster rolls with homemade hand cut fries. Husband had a BLT lobster roll and started with the white clam chowder. The food was delicious - you could tell the lobster was fresh out of the water. The cole slaw was a little flat but otherwise everything was fantastic. Highly recommended. Tucked away on the end of a pier on the far end of the main strip but because of that, 180 degree views of the water. Highly recommended.

Luke’s place was our way to properly end our evening in Portland with good seafood. We tried the clam chowder, which was the best we had during our entire one-week stay in Maine, together with some lobster rolls and lobster burgers. Of course, all of this came with good local beers, that our waiter recommended to us. In addition, the place is located on the piers, so that dinner comes with an outstanding view on the sea! The food was amazing, and the service beyond excellent. Don’t hesitate to go there, even if the waiting time to get a table may be long. The experience is truly worthy, both for the eyes and the taste buds!

We started our week in Maine at Luke's Lobster and would 100% recommend. We kicked off our trip with lunch on the water, an amazing view, and best lobster roll.

We came in for drinks before a night out with friends. Service is great and the view is amazing. We'll be back.

Situated at the end of Portland Pier side trail Parking available just outside so don't park far away. Pet friendly. They don't take reservations, waiting time if you reach around 7.30 pm can be one hour or more. Both indoor and outdoor seating. There are two outdoor decks : one in front has great views than the outdoor deck near the entrance. While waiting, get drinks from the bar and sit on benches outside in cool air. Scotch whisky not on bar menu but one can ask at the bar. Clam chowder, Mala lobster roll 4/6 oz ,and haddock fried were really good. Enough lobster meat even in a 4oz mala roll. Friendly and quick service. Mala roll is priced at $ 26/38 USD. Change chips in mala with Cesar salad. The kids meal was pretty good quality, kids enjoyed it. I liked my food and so did my family, I recommend coming here. We had a great time here and would come here again. Kids enjoyed seeing the lobsters which were displayed in the water.

Awesome meal and Awesome service. Highly recommend.

Delicious food!! Friendly staff!! The Lobster is out of this world! The best we’ve ever had. Highly recommended

Everything about Luke's was great; the lobster, service (John); fries, dessert , ambiance and the view over the water.

The best food and pier-side seating. The short wait was well worth it, especially since you can ramble about. Tough to beat!!!
