We stayed at the Westin Hotel in Portland, ME. The pizza was amazing and the service was great! It was cooked perfectly and had a nice crunch to it! No fork/knife needed.

Whether or not the ovens had been on for the day and this was one of the last pizzas to be cooked, or the conveyor transport was set to a slower speed than usual, we found our Thai Chicken pizza to be a bit blackened on the edges and across the top of the pie, and the chicken to be more jerky than succulent. Nevertheless, the combination of ingredients and the unexpected surprises of a bit of peanut and a bit of heat made the taste of tonight's dinner good. Other reviews have given Leonardo's the highest praise; maybe it was just this evening when our order was average.

Ordered a pizza from Leonardos the other night while working late in Portland. Forgot how fantastic their pizza is, it's been too long since I lived in town and had it often.

My boyfriend and I were told about this pizza while staying at the Clarion Hotel, by another couple that had ordered it and they raved about it!! So, we ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese, as well as cinnamon sticks with icing. This pizza is unlike almost any other you try. It is very, very delicious! The sauce, cheese, and the pizza dough they use, are all excellent and help it stand apart from other pizzas. You can choose from white, wheat, or organic pizza dough. It was hot when it came to our hotel room and was worth the money.

Placed my first order with them online. After ordering, the site said that the pizza would be ready in 80 minutes! I figured that couldn't be right, so I checked another location and it said that pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. I assumed this meant that the times we are least somewhat accurate. So I went ahead and ordered. I arrived after 60 minutes, *still 20 minutes early* according to the website and email I received after the order. The guy brought out the pizza immediately. So I had to ask when the pizza was actually made.He told me the pizza was made 40 minutes ago. It had been sitting there ever since. I opened the pizza and felt that it was lukewarm at best, but essentially cold. I told him that the website told me 80 minutes, and that I received zero notification of otherwise. His response was "yeah, I'm sorry about that. You can't really go by the times on the website." He extended no offer to make another one or provide an actual hot pizza at some point in the future. So I drove away with my cold pizza.Added one star because it was decent pizza despite being completely cold when I ate it. Otherwise, I'm extremely disappointed by their process and the fact that I didn't get a hot pizza, nor an offer to have a hot pizza. Not sure what they expect us to do....wait in the parking lot for some unreferenced amount of time, somewhere between 20 minutes and an hour and a half? Then call constantly to ask if it's done yet? Not a great first experience.

My first time ordering their food , they should change the prices on their website instead of what I should pay under 20 buck, not over that amount which is bad for customers hope to buy, overall I’m going back to Panera go to since their pizza are like 9-10 bucks, MORE colorful represents what is paid and Quality over quantity UwU

Embassy suites recommended themCalled at 700, told an hour.Nothing by 900, phone is busy x 10, but got through. Put on hold 5 min. Hung up, called back.Finnaly got through again, was told driver had it, give him 15 min.1000, and nothing.Called back, got through after 5 times.Told he would give me credit, too late to help me, and hung up on me. Really? No food, plane leaves at 600, so can't order from anywhere else.Literally, worst pizza experience that I could imagine. Right out of Monty Python. Will let Embassy Suites know not to recommend to others.Pizza may be good, but this was awful

I usually get the chicken wings. I like the hot ones, they’re really good. I also had their pizzas and it was good too as well. Most of the time they’re busy so I always order ahead.

Leonardo's is expensive, I gramt you that. But, oh boy, do they deliver! Every pizza I've tried was on a spectrum of decent (for pizzas that I'd not even touch, like veggie pizza) to superb. Every pizza has something interesting and unique and tastes like no other chain restaurant I've been to (maybe because it's a small chain). They go out on a limb to make your experience as customizable as possible with their online ordering website where you literally can put together two different pizzas on one pie with all the imaginable ingredients on top of them (and they have a lot if options!) Ordering is easy and make sure to look for their fliers in your mail: sometimes they send you offers with actually significant discounts.
