First time coming here, came because of the Portland Food Fights and got the Big Italian. It was VERY good. I'll be back to try their Pot Pie and this will be a new go to spot to pick up sandwiches for beach days.
I'm from Massachusetts so Italian sandwiches are very different in Maine but Leavitts was very good! And we were welcomed with great customer service and smiling faces. We will be back for another sandwich and some cookies ?
Best Italian sub in the greater Portland area. Their other sandwiches look great too I can’t wait to try them.
Stopped in for the first time for Portland Food Fights. Everything about the Italian sandwich was spot on. Great bread, meat, and presentation. This will be my go to deli spot in the area.

Sept 10 we ordered some sandwiches to go. All of the sandwiches only had one each napkins. One of the sandwiches was supposed to have bacon but did not, only one item was on the bread. I am a local and give this shop a poor rating.
Me and my fiancee absolutely loved there hot pastrami sandwich, it was so tasty that we can't wait to get another one!!! So yummy!!!! :D
My go-to place when I need a sandwich in Portland. The service is always efficient and friendly. I tried it once on a whim and have been back several times now and have always been pleased with my order.
