Wonderful meal. Definitely not located in the best neighborhood, especially after dark. A mugging is not my favorite digestifâ¦

We are visiting and had Googled Isa. While off the touristy beaten path, the food was very good. We both enjoyed the halibut and the summer tomato salad. The service was very accommodating. We enjoyed our meal.
Isa is probably one of the best restaurants I have ever been. Amazing dishes and portions. Tagliatelle Bolognese was so awesome, the pasta was very different from what you eat at other places, it picks up the sauce so well, it literally melts in your mouth. Dessert was on point with the coconut cream pie, super delicious with natural coconut puree and perfectly sweetened. I donât have a strong sweet tooth for sugar, so it was at the right sweetness level for me to finish the whole plate. The grilled octopus was super amazing as well as appies.
Our waiter was great and spot on with recommendations. The Coconut Cream Pie was fantastic.

Loved my Arctic char entrée! Nice cocktails and fabulous service. Sound bounces off the exposed ceiling, so itâs a little loud but otherwise perfect.

Early dinner on a Friday night found the bistro with a quiet atmosphere, and a very attentive staff. Entrees (halibut, pasta bolognese) were so delicious. Easy to find parking at that hour.
I have loved dining at Isa Bistro in all seasons. Last night's dinner was wonderful as always. The "Summer Spritzer" was delightful and the halibut was beautifully prepared and delicious. My friend - her first time there - had the lasagna and raved about its thin layers of pasta and terrific sauce. Thanks so much!
