I read good reviews of this company and decided to try them. I frequently deal with Fossil Farms and D'Artagnan. I placed my order (GML232828) and selected a date for delivery. That date was 12/27/2021. I stayed at home so that I was present for the delivery because I knew it need to be handled promptly. It never came. My order arrived the next day and it was partially thawed, not as frozen as it should have been to keep it safe. 1 pound of Tiger shrimp and 5 pounds of Jonah crab claws. I emailed Get Maine Lobster and I was told to just 're-freeze the crab claws and shrimp'. My wife made me throw away the shrimp because she didn't know how long it was thawed for and did not want to risk getting sick. I agreed. Come New Year's Eve, I took out 2 pounds (I have a scale) of crab claws for my wife and I to enjoy. Didn't happen. The crab claws were mealy and looked to have little fat pebbles in them. I am completely disappointed in this company and their lack of customer service. A red flag I should have noticed is that there is no Contact Us on the home page. I had to search it. How do they sleep at night?

I was ordered 4 live lobster, but they shipped me two is dead lobster , and charge one donzen little oysters is 12 piece for $75.00 , so disappointed, the customer service no take care it , never heard anything from their back, I won’t back purchase again, thank you
Worst customer service experience EVER. I had plans to propose to my girlfriend on Saturday night and was planning to make a lobster dinner for her. I received an email at 2:PM CDT that Saturday delivery was not available and that they could not ship for Friday. The earliest they could do would be the following week. COMPLETELY RUINED MY PLANS. I would NEVER try to order from them again
I was visiting family in Florida and wanted to enjoy a nice sauteed Lobster dinner with them, and make lobster rolls the next day. Long family tradition we grew up in Maine with. Not living in Maine any more its hard to just buy lobster meat. My brother recommended to use "Get Maine Lobster". The produce was packed and shipped very well. Was not cheap but the lobster was great. Would buy again.
We've ordered both fresh and frozen lobster for years. They always arrive on time - and alive, when appropriate, and are always tasty! Their customer service is impeccable - if we've ever reached out with questions or need to change something in our order, we get a response almost immediately and our order is resolved as quickly. Lobster races are now a family tradition and Get Maine Lobster is part of that!

This was my first order of Lobster Tails and I'm so very happy with them! They are absolutely delicious and tender I would definitely order again. Thank you for the cooking instructions so I can prepare in different ways also.
Thank you for such great service. I ordered two live lobsters for my father's birthday. Being from Maine as a kid, he loved them. They came on the day we needed them to. My father called to ask how to cook them, and they were so nice to take the time to talk with him. I'll be ordering again from Get Maine Lobster. What a wonderful company.
