OKay strap in folks, per usual I traversed this establishment with the help of my lovely mother (Dairy and soy allergies, like bad bad allergies), my father (can't tell the difference between really bad chicken and vegan chicken) and myself (picky vegan with a peanut allergy, craving for chocolate, and fear of God.) I visited Bates College and then needed food desperately, leading me to here as my only option to turn to. I got the vegan bagel sandwich, my mom got a bagel sandwich with just egg and greens (to clarify not the brand Just Egg literally a normal like chicken egg man), and my father got the squealer without cheese. My mother enjoyed her's thoroughly and will never be going back from sourdough bagels. like guys she really really liked this sandwich. I also enjoyed my bagel but order it with avocado if you come here. It would improve the bagel 100 percent. The fakin' was not my favourite but it was still a very solid meal. But let me tell you the bagel itself, so so good. I had the everything and it was just a great bagel. A little tough to chew, but folks it's a bagel what do you expect. My dad rates it a solid 'fine.' We also got the chocolate orange cake which was a nice dessert, the chocolate was not my favourite, but still very nice flavour. Overall I would recommend as a solid vegan option, but would not go out of my way for anything BUT the bagels themselves. Parents coffee review - Coffee was really good, possibly better than the bagel.

Got the vegan breakfast sandwich on a sesame bagel after reading some reviews here. It was absolutely delicious- so much so that I'm only eating half so I can make two meals out of it and enjoy it again. Not sure how the vegan 'egg' is made but the flavor is great. The bagel also is really good; almost a sourdough bread taste to it and the perfect toast. Also got a chai latte which was great.

I was at the store this morning at 8AM to buy a 1/2 bagel for breakfast for mother's day. Apparently a phone number is a requirement to buy bagels these days and I heard very clearly the phone numbers and names of the 3-4 folks in front of me. There were 5 strangers behind me waiting as well and ehen my turn came, I felt very uncomfortable giving my phone number in public. I mentioned it to the young lady at the counter and being new, she called her colleague for guidance. A man came and was rude and agressive and simply gave me a loud "who is Next", looking at the next person in line. How embarrassing....and what "legal" ground for this ?? Very disappointed by this experience at Forage today....Time to step back and review your practices..with no customers there is no business, they should be treated respectfully

Always a great bagel. The bagel with meat is absolutely delicious but a bagel with cream cheese is my normal go to. Salt bagel with chive cream cheese ☺️

These are the best bagels on the planet. I always take a dozen home to Virginia when I am in the area. I get awkward stares and curious gazes on the plane while taking 12 pungent bagels home, but who cares? They are worth the trouble.

Epic breakfast sammies, lox, and pastries, highly highly recommend!

Very excellent bagels! Caper and dill cream cheese is unique and delicious. To boot, my partner accidentally dropped his coffee here while paying, and they were nice about it and gave him some complimentary coffee to make up for his spill. So sweet! Thanks y'all.

Meh, their bagels are too chewy, too much gluten to the point of my jaw hurts from eating one bagel after being toasted. The workers ignore you and have an entitled Millennial attitude.

10/10 breakfast sandwich. Their bagels are *chefs kiss*. The building has an amazing aesthetic and has many instagramable backdrops. They take COVID precautions seriously but still provide a great outdoor eating experience.

I got the basic + bacon and was not impressed. The bagel was hard on the outside (not chewy) and the bacon was not good. I also ordered a dark roast drip coffee that tasted watered down. Overall a very disappointing experience that I was surprised by given the other reviews.
