Pricey but very good food and service.
Had a FANTASTIC experience at Evo today. Everything we tried was absolutely amazing and the staff is spectacular! Definitely impressed this farm girl with your local food!

Every dish from kitchen was phenomenal. Tasty, balanced, beautiful, textured and temperature of food was perfect.Especially, the carrot dish was wonderful. I know you are not big fan of vegetarian dish, but you should try the carrot.It made me thought that vegan life can be a good for a second.Highly recommended, good vibes, foods and drinks.
Food was excellent. We enjoyed every dish. However service was perfunctory, nice words but no real heart, and they pushed us through with indecent haste. We didn’t savour the meal, had no time to enjoy a bottle of wine and always felt they we pushing us through to free up another sitting.
Evo was such a treat! The food was amazing and the service top notch. We had a lovely anniversary dinner. Sat at the window and watched the world go by. So fun! Highly recommend.
Had dinner at Evo, Upon our arrival, the greeting we received was wonderfully warm and gracious. We had a variety of diet needs and wants in our party and we were amazed from the first to the last bite. We were wowed by the Skordalia and hommus, a variety of entrees, vegetables and desserts. And though I try to resist dessert, do not resist it at EVO. The creativity and taste is beyond words. Everything was outstanding! Evo’s choice of spices and herbs blending with all fresh ingredients was brilliant! The servers met our every need. And noteworthy, was the genuine devotion of the cooks, chefs and pastry chef at EVO. They’re heartfelt desire to personally serve exceptional food was remarkably evident. Evo is an experience! We left knowing we had intimately dined among outstanding culinary masters.
We have had many wonderful experiences at Evo, and this was no exception! From the creamy hummus and warm pitas to the carrot cake that we couldn't stop eating, everything was delicious! Sitting at the chef's counter was a great experience also, seeing all the magic happen! The lobster dish with beurre blanc (pictured) is a must try, as was the salad. Thank you for another wonderful night, Evo team!
My husband and I recently ate here on a visit in the area. I made a reservation at the Chef's Table because we have done it at another restaurant and enjoyed it. We decided to have the tasting menu when we were at the restaurant. We were asked if we had any allergies or food we wouldn't eat so they can tailor their menu to you. We enjoy watching the staff prepare all the meals in a relatively small space. Everything we had was delicious. I think my favorite was the duck and I am not one to order it so that was surprising to me. The tasting menu is more expensive than just ordering off the menu and it didn't include dessert or drinks. My husband's comment was that he wished our main contact person was more personable like the man who seated us. We did get served the different plates by different members of the staff which I liked. Sitting at the chef's counter makes you appreciate the work a kitchen staff does to prepare your meals.
