Short staff overwhelmed. No fresh donuts
Bought two xl coffees the same exact way one still tasted like it was black and other overly sweet
The staff here is amazing. I regularly order Through DoorDash because I have to go to work early, and they really care about my order. They even included an extra tea bag on one order when they accidentally forgot my tea. Wonderful customer service and this amazing crew deserves high praise!

I'm honestly not sure how to write this place. This is my first time to this location. I went in to pick up my order, and noticed the donut case had fruit flies flying all around inside of it. Now I have this food that I'm not sure if I should really eat. It doesn't seem very clean in there. It's also december, so it's not hot. That's not the reason for the fruit flies. But the staff seems nice.
I have been here a few times and it has always been good - quick service for how busy they are. I also had a great experience with the assistant manager - I lost my work credit card and they called me AND emailed me to let me know that they had it. So appreciative!
Really nice group of people. Rachel, at the register, rang me out but came back a minute later to apologize for accidentally charging me for an extra item. I hadn't even noticed, probably never would have so she could've just let it go since there were about five people in line, but she processed my refund. Despite being busy, she did the right thing and had a great attitude with me and the other people in line. Everyone is short staffed right now and busy, and every place has challenges, but I really appreciated the service and positive attitude from her. Thank you, Rachel!
Went n got a frozen mocha tht was yummy . But... Also ordered a sausage egg n cheese on an English muffin with an order of hash browns. Both items tasted nasty old I ate two bites of the sandwich n two hash browns n threw em out yucky. So I call the store 3 times to talk to a supervisor but get this no answer at all !!! I'll NEVER return there

I came in and ordered a large Iced Matcha Latte before work. The first time it was majority ice and I wanted to say something but I just let it go. The next day I came in (which was today) before work because I work up the street. I asked the guy who took my order if I could have less ice because the other day I had a lot of ice. The same guy who took my order, made my drink and was the guy who made it the day before. I literally watch him out two and a half full scoops of ice in my drink. So I politely ask if I could get it remade. He said well that’s less ice. And it’s truly not it’s the equivalent of what it was the day before. I paid $5.60 for ice. I’m just not going back. Super rude!
