They have a bathroom that you not allowed to use for some reason. If they think yourr an addict you won't be able to use it.

Sometimes they are quick And make items correctly. Other times it seems they are goofing off; orders are made incorrectly and the wait times are ridiculous. I dont stop at this location unless I have time to waste.
The new manager really knows what she is doing when it comes to coffee great job at making the coffee taste fresh all the time.
Somehow manage to screw up every order even ordering from their app, but they’ll usually fix it and move on. Some new chode decided it was my fault they can’t read the order tickets correctly and started giving me attitude after I asked for the other half of my order. Plenty of other places around me, no need to put up with this clown show.
It was the same as always I went in breakfast on my birthday with to breakfast of my choose and then I left to get some birthday arrons done thats it then the rest of the day was mine to do as I pleased.
Rude. I went in to get my free coffee for coffee day and was told that I could not do it unless, I used my card. Made no sense, as I have the app and it clearly says that I can use the app and pay with cash. The cashier was rude and would not help me. No customer service here. I would not go here unless you want to be talked down too.
Shay was absolutely wonderful! Such a bright spot to the work day and absolute sweetheart! Love going to this Dunkin' just for her!
horrible customer service. i have no clue if the lady was a manager or what, but she was out right disrespectful towards my mother, saying how she’s going to meet my mother after work, and saying a boat load of unruly names.
staff usually mean and often get order incorrect.
