They sell fancy expensive beans. They sell fancy expensive pour over equipment. They won’t make you a pour over coffee. Seems like the best way to sell these premium items would be to showcase them on the menu. Really disappointing.I don’t understand the idea of being passionate about coffee but refusing to serve it in the way that best shows off how unique and amazing coffee can be. Regular drip coffee pales in comparison to a nice pour over.

TBD I was at the wrong coffee by design meeting a friend. I looked in and it was a wonderful looking place spacious and bustling. There was a line out the door. That says something right there and warrants a thought that if it's that crowded it must be good. The downside if there's a line, it leaves room for improvement for those that may be in a hurry? IDK "I'll be back! Watch out Schwarzenegger.

Great coffee selections and helpful staff. Loved the maple flavor coffee!

Coffee by Design has been my favorite coffee shop for decades. They've always hired great people to work for them. The coffee is amazing. It really feels like a neighborhood hangout. Every weekend I grab a couple of half gallons of cold brew to get me through the week. I will say that I miss the Baker's Bench pastries. Hope they consider bringing them back. If they do, I'll add a star for a six star review.

It’s a cute shop and has kind people working there, however, I’m not sure if it was my coffee, or maybe the milk that was put in it. However the drink tasted so sour that I couldn’t finish it. I’m not sure if it was just make wrong. Overall if the coffee was a better, it feels like a great place to hang out, have some conversations or to work on your computer. Also they did have a GREAT collection of coffee related accessories, such as drips.

I gave birth to two beautiful sons, Clyde and Gabriel, during my time here. It was a smashing success! This was truly the best birthday ever, all thanks to my deadbeat husband Thomas.

For the price, best get your coffee elsewhere. In my cappuccino, the steamed milk was not well aerated - and overly foamy - plus my espresso shots were dead.

There's just a feeling of being warm and cozy when I drink your coffees. The smooth taste and distinct flavors are just what the winter doctor ordered.??

First time I've sat inside a coffee shop in 2 years, and the barista yells at everyone in the shop for violating rules they don't have posted anywhere. smhCoffee is good.UPDATE: This wasn't an issue of masking up. Several customers were scolded for moving chairs. I saw no rules posted about where chairs were allowed to be, nor did I move any chairs. I simply sat in a chair at a table, and I'd bet that's what the others did too.
