Great place to eat and it’s healthy food and nice atmosphere

So I have repeatedly come to this Chipotle HOPING something would eventually change. Every time we come here, there is absurd waits, the place is absolutely TRASHED and the service is horrible. I don't quite understand how management hasn't stepped in or maybe they just can't find anyone willing to work here other than a bunch of kids who take no pride in their work? I worked at Subway when I was 15 and I made sure every sandwich I sent out was something I would eat. That's not the case here. The orders are always wrong, and it seems like they don't understand how to prepare enough food for the day. I literally could go and on but I'm already exhausted by just standing here and am once again realizing my meal is most likely going to be disgusting. I had a conversation with another patron just now and we both asked ourselves why we keep coming here? I guess we should both stop so this place would be forced to change it's ways.

I've been to this location a few times. Everytime I've had an issue. My order either not being correct, the burrito literally falling apart in my hands (ALL over me) or the meat is fatty and not up to standards. The staff is either too rushed to care or the company pays them so little that they don't care. Never see any workers happy there and always seem so passive aggressive to each other.

Went in to get an order. Line was empty and was told I could submit an online order so I did. I received my order and determined after I'd left the store that they didn't include any of the three salsas, guac, queso or veggies I asked and paid for. It was a rice and steak burrito with our cream. To make matters worse, *Pepper* their virtual assistant won't give me a refund because it's not a human. This place sucks. It's filthy, and the health department should investigate

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Waited over 40 minutes for my online order (still wasn’t ready by that time). 4 goons behind the counter completely messing around. The place was a mess. They had NO food prepared. There were 15 people ahead of me waiting. One of the idiots working was munching on chips meanwhile they told one of the customers they were all out. No idea how a place like this is still in business. MANAGEMENT- WAKE UP, WHERE ARE YOU?!

The food was fine, but the staff could use some work. It seems like moral is low and nobody was in a good mood. Plus, since the door to the bathroom needs a code, when I asked for it, the worker responded like it was a huge inconvenience. Also, the store, design wise, acknowledges the parking lot and has its back to the street: poor urban design!

Clean fresh priced Right quick and easy.

Refunded me after a few emails. We ordered online a week ago Sunday took orders for 4 meals and when we arrived to pick up closed locked up. We weren’t the only one this happened to multiple people and delivery drivers trying to get orders they had ordered and had been paid for. If the location is closed I’m not sure how online orders are being taken and charged. This is not the first time this has happened to us. It was not too difficult to get refunded but disappointed that we didn’t get lunch at Chipotle that day.

We ordered online for this location and when we arrived at 6:10 p.m. as instructed there was no one at the restaurant. The website took our payment despite there being no one there to fulfill our order. Is this location closed? If so please turn off online ordering and place a sign on the door. What a waste of time, energy, and money if you are not savvy enough to get refunded. There were many, and I'm saying four or five parties of customers that were disappointed last night. Will not attempt to order from any Chipotle ever again after this experience.

Waited 20 minutes over the time of my online order if it was busy and they notified me I would have been fine but it wasn't busy and it still took forever
