If you’re going to pre-make your sandwiches I won’t put it past you, but you don’t have to do it out where everyone can see. At least respect this all enough to pretend.I’ve been here a few times and been pleased overall. I like their different lemonades. This time though I ordered a 15 dollar sandwich with pork, caramelized onions, and slaw. Halfway through I was so disappointed that I knew I had to say something about it. I recognize grilled cheeses have to be flattened a little, but a sandwich with 4 ingredients shouldnt be so small. As you can see there is some meat, one strip of cabbage (“slaw”) and maybe onions? mixed with the meat? Impossible to find and impossible to taste. As well, the chips on the side were mostly crumbs. There were like 6 real chips. Whoever picked out my pre-made 15 dollar lunchable just dumped the end of a bag of chips on the dish. I am talking about a pile of dust. How am I supposed to eat that? With my fingers? In public? I mentioned this to a person working and she was nice, agreed that it wasn’t right and offered me real chips but I was done.
A first visit, great service and a pleasant atmosphere. It was a bit disappointing that they have this photo on the wall of an amazing looking lobster and cheese sandwich, but they only serve it in the summer time. However, the sandwich we did get was delicious!
Stopped in after shopping downtown yo give our toddler a break. The staff were wonderful and accomodating with our little. We got a sandwich, Mac & cheese, 2 beers, and a blueberry lemonade. ? Everything was spectacular.
I came in because the Owner Bryce posted that their was a free bowflex and their was not and staff proceeded to give me attitude. I ordered a basic grilled cheese sandwich and it was ok. You can only do so much with a gourmet grilled cheese. It blows my mind how much people would pay for something so simple. To each their own. I don't see myself returning to this establishment for a multitude of reasons. 1) Staff was misleading and rude. 2) Over priced for something I can make it my own kitchen in a matter of minutes. 3) SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS NOT REGULATED. I feel as though nobody in the restaurant had their masks on. Customers and STAFF. Not a bad restaurant though if you just want some over priced comfort food. The grilled cheese I had purchased was enjoyable.
We picked up a few sandwiches while their food truck was at Belleflower Brewing. The sandwiches were on point and the sauce served with it was phenomenal! We don't know what it was, but it had just enough spice and complimented the sandwich well. The sandwich was also served with kettle chips. Thanks for a great lunch Cheese Louise!
Good place if you want to spend $50 for a couple grilled cheeses. Insanely over priced, my mouth dropped when I saw the bill. I can make a “artisan” grilled cheese on my own for much cheaper. Food is good if you make thousands per month, otherwise I would seek somewhere else. Wish I would have known :/
Ate here this past September. Got the lobster grilled cheese and it was fantastic! I’m still thinking about the blueberry lemonade and the brownie I picked up there too. Great spot!
Quick service and awesome Vermont cheese in my sandwich oh damn did this hit the spot on a crisp winter day
Never a fan of plain grilled cheese but this place was amazing. We are vegetarians so we tried the godmother, Don’t worry Brie happy and the No- porking way. I have to say I was genuinely surprised by the variety and flavors. The no porking way was so delicious and the Don’t worry brie happy was the perfect one for my sweety tooth. Must must try
I stopped in for a quick bite mid-afternoon and was pleasantly delighted at the sandwich and beer/cider options. I definitely recommend this as a crowd pleaser.
