The staff was well organized and prepared. a very professional dinning experience. food was excellent in quality and taste. just an overall great experience

We just had fabulous service and equally fabulous food! Ask for Jim! He is both a server and pastry chef! I was thrilled to see Chicken Franchese-one of my favorites! The turnaround was very fast and beautifully presented. But let’s talk dessert! Jim’s B52 cheesecake was delicious and I was tempted to try Jim’s Tollhouse pie but I can’t resist tiramisu. It was mouthwatering and I accompanied it with a cup of coffee. Thanks Bobby Napolitano for having a great place to eat!

Great experience yesterday with the family for our anniversary dinner. wonderful food and great drinks! we will be back!

Absolutely amazing location. Not only did the food come out unbelievably quick, but the aroma and taste are superb! It was fairly priced for a fine dining Italian restaurant. Service is also exceptional.I highly recommend a visit on any occasion.

Was sat immediately at 7pm on a Tuesday on the tavern side. Ambiance there was okay, very sports pub which I think is the goal of that side anyway. Chicken Piccata and Fried Mozzarella were delicious, however, portions are extremely small for the price, like others have mentioned. Melon sangria was way too sweet and thick and just tasted like melon and simple syrup. The snickers cheesecake was incredible! Our server was nice, but she rushed us so much from start to finish. It was like 7 pm and it’s not like there were others waiting for a table. She asked twice within 3 minutes of us sitting down if we were ready to order drinks. She took our food and drink orders at the same time. Appetizer came out within 5 minutes and before we could even take a second bite, our entrees came. The second we were done eating, she came by and said “ready for the check?” Never offered us dessert or another round of drinks, we had to ask to see a dessert menu. After dessert she just dropped off the check without even asking if we wanted anything else. Seemed like she didn’t care about making the sales, she just wanted us out of there. We later noticed a specials board that she also never mentioned. Overall, subpar experience. I really liked the food so I would probably give them another chance, but hopefully next time we have a server who isn’t in such a rush to push us out.

One of our favorite restaurants in Portland. Food is delicious, service is great and a very nice atmosphere. If you haven't been to Bruno's you definitely need to go.

I was disappointed that my pizza took over an hour and came out when everyone was done eating. Still a great pizza

The perfect place to make memories. I had a large group celebrating a family members birthday, the waitress was so personal and fun. Appetizers of fried mozzarella and Italian spring rolls were great, and spaced perfectly from the main course. A locally family owned staple to the community. Well done!

Pros: ambiance is nice, service was pretty good. My husband liked his veal parmigiana.Cons: unfortunately the food was flavorless. I had the seafood stuffed haddock but the seafood stuffing had essentially no flavor after it was drowned in the butter under the fish. Calamari was pretty tough and no flavor in the batter whatsoever. For 88 dollars, this was a rather disappointing dinner.

Food:Overall, average. I will say the asparagus ravioli were fantastic. Asparagus was very flavorful and crisp-tender, ravioli just al dente. The gorgonzola cheese sauce was mild (I like very strong cheese flavor), this would likely satisfy average tastes.Service:Poor. Our server flip flopped from being very slow to respond to making us feel rushed. We assumed he was very new, and joked about his incompetence. As a group of coworkers meeting up for dinner, we did not have high expectations - and felt very good-natured about the whole experience. He still got a 20% tip for his efforts.Atmosphere:We sat in the dining room as a party of 6 who wanted to talk. This was a comfortable place for that.Overall, this is a fairly good spot for a group of coworkers, not a place I would choose for dining normally.
