Place an Order and never received my order. Tried to call no one answers the phone finally get a hold of someone one then customer service refused to fix the problem and also blamed it to customer. Scam !

I'm from NYC and we do get the best seafood here from around the world including carabineros .I was searching for colossal shrimps for my next private dinne and found this company and it caught my attention when I read carabineros $111.00 per lb and 4/6 per kg in the box and they are from Spain .Now I never found Carabineros that size before and I'm happy to pay top dollar for it so I did order them and paid 280.00$ for 2.6lb shrimps plus shipment and I think this is NO JOKE MONEY FOR 4/6 SHRIMPS, but when I received it there are 14 shrimps in the box and they are just regular size .I paid $37.00 per lb (photo attached Browne Trading Market Shrimps is the single shrimp $111.00 a lb plus shipment on top nyc carabinero $37.00 per lb no shipment fees that I ahd bought yesterday as well as back upThe only reason why I bought those shrimps from them was for the size otherwise we have then I nycI emailed Mark and he said he will forward my email to his manager, then another email to saying "the packers made a mistake and sent me the wrong size" so they will take 45$ 0ffI kindly explained that I actually have those shrimps already and I paid 1/3 of the your price so I don't need them if they are not what you advertise for (4/6 per kg vs I received 14 shrimps for 1.120 kg and not to mention they are from Morocco and not Spain )Mark come back to me and says sorry we can offer you 45$ off and 10% off coupon on your next orderSorry I will return your shrimps and you give me the money back that's how it works, it's your fault, it's your lie, it's your responsibility,if I pay top dollar for a product and you do not honor it you just give back the money and client returns your product like it normally happens every whereWhat I pay for a Ferrari and then dealership sends me a Fiat 500?Do I return the car or I get a thousand off and keep it ?If I ordered a Ferrari is because that's all I want !...I can get as many as fiat 500 in nyc for 1/3 of your priceYou are RIPPING PEOLE OFF and you are a bunch of liers!!

Brilliant loved it, it is torist prices but selections and suggestions/knowledge were great the shop area has a lot of things that is hard to find but that really set this place up as a rounded experience of delicious decadence that I will happily journey to again and again... Thanks... if I may make a suggestion the hours of operation is very hard for people in the industry to get to, and that maybe a something could be done to accommodate this once a month maybe?
When my package of caviar was delayed by UPS from Friday to Monday delivery, Browne's service staff leapt into action, intervening with UPS to ensure it arrived fresh and on time. It was a birthday gift, and I'm told it was delicious. I'm truly appreciative of the effort Browne Trading Company made to ensure the experience was pleasant all around.
