We loved the atmosphere and had some really fun creative cocktails. Our service was fantastic. We went two nights in a row because we liked it so much.

Very unique drinks made by talented folks! Great oysters especially when it is “buck a shuck”! Busy spot and drinks aren’t cheap but good atmosphere especially downstairs! Highly recommend the loose cannon and spice trade for drinks!
We had the Chicken Curry, the Mushroom Toast, and the half dozen Oysters. All were exceptional. Ashley was super helpful and a very friendly server. Our drinks were wonderful as well. I recommend the smoked old fashioned.
Came in expecting to run the board in their small plates but got distracted by the exceptionally creative cocktails and our outstanding bartender Anna, who really pushed an already-great experience over the top, can’t wait to come back for the remainder of the menu.

We stumbled upon this place after dinner. They have some outdoor seating with fire tables but we opted for inside. After a short. Wait we were seated in the front room at a wall bar - the server quickly greeted us with a carafe of water and gave us time with the menu (you will need it). Such unique combinations of ingredients - some of which I had to google. I couldn’t pass up ordering one of their signature cocktails called the Loose Cannon - their spin on an expresso martini. It did not disappoint and even had a cannon (designed on rice paper) and a ball (coffee bean). B&B also offers small plates. Many of which are as unique as the cocktails. I recommend the lamb kebabs and the herbed goat cheese & honey. Great experience if your in town!
Found this gem on my Quick tour of Portland restaurant hopping. Quaint and charming with a high-end essence yet wonderfully friendly and charming staff. Great selection of bourbon along with other cocktails and wine. However, the aura of the style and lighting definitely gave me a bourbon feel. I sat at the top bar and settled in for some mushroom toast app as perused the drink list and opting for a smoked bourbon creation of their own. It was delicious! Served with an impeccable large ice block with their logo freshly stamped into the top. The drink was served with half poured into the glass in front of me and the other half left for me for me inside a smoked and corked bottle to indulge upon when I felt ready.Thanks B & B - great stop for food, cocktail and atmosphere.
