The food is amazing! And it’s super convenient!That being said one of the delivery drivers are so incredibly rude. He called me to tell me my food was outside, went out side almost immediately after he called. he was no where. I double checked but nothing. That was okay, until he called me saying “I’m outside sweet heart! Let’s go!” In the rudest way. I went back to the place I looked and he was right there, the place he wasn’t a minute ago. I apologized because maybe I just didn’t see him at first. Only for him to say nothing to me. I gave him a 30 while it was 22 dollars expecting change so I could give him a tip. Only for him to take the money out of my hand and immediately get back in his car. I would be perfectly fine leaving him a 20% tip had he 1 given me my money back in the first place and 2 not been so demeaning. The food is great! And people over the phone were super nice! I recommend sitting in then delivery.
Food is great but I had a horrible customer service experience. I ordered 2 meals and they made them both wrong. I called and let them know about the mistake and they offered a credit. I called back to use 1 of the credits and the girl was so nice she spoke to the Manger and let me order something on the menu of equal value. The 2nd credit I attempted to use I was treated like I was trying to steal from them. Excuse me but I spent over 40 dollars for food I didn't even get to eat. I was told if I didn't order the same food then I would forfeit the credit???? WHAT? I mean does that even make sense? In any other food service establishment you get a credit it dollar amounts not in flavors. So disappointing! I use to recommend all the guests of my hotel go here and try the food but never again now all I can say is I was treated like I was trying to steal from them and the sad part is used to eat here all the time.
Had dinner tonight at blue sky for delievery and when they delivered it the food was so hot like fresh if we sat there and ate the wife and I couldn’t believe the price and the portions were huge I ate dinner tonight and going to bring the rest for lunch for work tomorrow if you haven’t tried it you need to amazing and they deliever on their own!!!!! Very friendly
I’ve tried to order multiple times through this place and there’s always something wrong. One time it’s cold chicken, next time it’s old pork. It’s prices are cheap and it’s one of the closest in the area so I tried again today. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken dinner combo today, expecting pieces of breaded chicken covered in a sauce. What I received was 5 oversized chicken fingers that they use for pu-pu platters and about a tablespoon of sweet and sour sauce on the side in a plastic cup. I tried calling, and they basically told me thats what I ordered. I really wanted to like this place but I’ve wasted so much money now on product that I don’t end up enjoying or eating.
Great tasting food and decent prices. Convenient location and great service. Definitely recommend to family and friends
Delivery guy messed up an order but Blue Sky called me immediately after to rectify the problem and delivered my food quickly. Big props to their customer service :)
Me and my husband like to visit Maine to see family every now and then... decided to give this place a try. One of the best decisions I have ever made in my life! BEYOND excellent food, great and friendly service!Based on my own experiences, the food in Maine is a bit pricier compared to food in New York... not a lot of the food I've tried in Maine has pleased me, but Blue Sky's sure did! Give this place a try, this little Chinese restaurant is worth every penny!The woman who was restocking the soda fridge in the dining room was super sweet! She kept me company while I waited for my food. Her positivity was contagious!Wonton soup was stellar. General Tso's Chicken and the Orange Chicken were a 10/10. Loved the Pork Fried Rice as well! (Both of us ordered their dinner combinations... they both came with appetizers. I asked for an Egg Roll whereas my husband asked for Crab Rangoons... my husband said that his Crab Rangoons were stuffed and tasty, and the Egg Roll I had tasted delicious)!I was told that the main chef was training another chef at the time my order was placed, so the food might take a little longer. I expected the food to taste not-so-good, but based on my review above, I was definitely proven wrong! Blue Sky, I wish you all nothing but the best!
The guy that answers the phone is super nice but the food could be better I wouldn't suggest ordering the sesame chicken or general toe's chicken You never know if you're gonna get mushy or hard as a rock...
Rice was stale / old chicken was tough , general Tao was orange chicken no spice no vegetables no heat . Beef mushrooms was mostly mushrooms and bland . Same food as old owners Jan me bad food
Almost liked the orange chicken. The breading was mushy on the inside. I had to drown it in soy sauce to make it remotely enjoyable. I'm not at zen restaurant. Let's see if I can give them a better review.
